I ordered from them on 18-11-2025, paid by card and received confirmation. I have not received my paid order yet. I have written to them by email many times, without a response from them. I have also tried to contact the customer service number they have provided (+41 435507608), no one answers. In my opinion, the site is a SCAM I have notified the law enforcement authorities in Switzerland about the case, I hope they will take action
I placed an order on Nov 25 and up to now January 16th 2026 is still being processed. They don’t reply either to my messages nor on the phone
Before many years it was my lovely brand and It's such a shame to have to deal with terrible service, delivery, and returns for the second time due to poor product quality and return processing. I've been waiting a month for refund. There's been no response to emails or calls. Terrible service, minus 100 rating! It's a shame the designer has such terrible marketing
Ordered a coat with a RRP of £1600 reduced to £338. I then decided to look at the reviews on here after it was too late, this was a big mistake. After reading all the negative reviews I thought I had been scammed. Coat arrived today, and I can only say how happy I am with my purchase. The quality of the coat is as you would expect, even the PP coat hanger looks and feels expensive. Glad I didn't read these reviews prior to making the order. Have Jeans and trainers coming tomorrow.

30/11/2025 I order my item never arrived .phone they do not answer email they do not answer . My 384 euro is gone 😥what to do I do not know . After 1 month from the date I made my order they sent me an email that they made a mistake and the product I ordered was out of stock. So I have been waiting for a refund for 15 days now.

Fake items , when you want return they sending documents with fake amount of money on papers and I will not return item because you never give money back in this moments I speaking with my bank and doing dispute to get money back with evidences of fake shoes.
Don’t order anyrhing from this brand(from personal experience) I was order smaller size which they send it to me after 14 days and I could not refund cause an automatic reply said refundable only for 14 days Since a week , i m trying to reach them by phone, emails , messages and nobady responds
These guys rip you off on their returns. The customer phone number never answers. The email requests they never answer back. dont buy anything from this site i ordered a shirt it took a month to get it was too big when i went to return it. i just received it. when i put in for the return it came back i was past the 14 day return time. What BS. 4 calls with my messages and 4 emails to customer service and nothing

This company has serious customer service issues, and potential customers should be aware before placing an order. I have attempted to contact them multiple times through every possible channel: phone calls, text messages, emails, and messages through their website. None were answered. There is zero communication and absolutely no follow-up. I requested to cancel my order, and even that basic request was completely ignored. Once they take your money, it seems you are left on your own. What is especially disappointing is that this is a premium-priced brand. When you charge high prices, customers rightfully expect professional support. Instead, you get silence and indifference. After researching reviews, it is clear that many customers are experiencing the same problems — unanswered calls, ignored emails, undelivered products, and no resolution. This appears to be a pattern, not an isolated incident. Until this company fixes its customer service and communication, I would strongly caution others before ordering from them.
