A disaster level of service, UPS lost my package and send them a refund, but they did not return my money back still!!! Who allows them to hold my money? This was the last time I've ever purchase smth from them.
I placed two orders on pleinoutlet.com. Both items were returned using the official DHL return labels because the size information on the website was incorrect and did not match the actual products received. The goods were successfully delivered to the seller’s warehouse. No monetary refund has been issued. Instead, the seller provided a voucher of €120 without my consent. The total amount not refunded is €240 + €30 delivery costs. No response from customer support for months. I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this store.
Had a G.O.A.T. Statfire black watch and a Plein Sports watch, rated with water resistance of 5atm or 50m. The GOAT starfire stopped working after I cleaned the wristband and the Plein sport stopped working after I got into de water, 1m deep. Paid 500$ for each of these watches. Customer support doesn’t answer my emails as well.
I ordered a t-shirt and a leather jacket from pleinoutlet.com on 14th,February 2026. I received only the t-shirt and the leather jacket was never sent to me. I filed a complaint at the Swiss State Secretariat of Economic Affairs (SECO)and got an answer that if there are several more complaints about this website, they will file a collective claim towards pleinoutlet.com. I received my online order in 5 days, it was delivered in 6 days from USA to Switzerland. The item and the size was correct. Delivery service via FedEx was great. I have nothing to complain on and want to to share my experience. I was really nervous while waiting for my order after reading all reviews here, but for me everything ran flawless.
I ordered shoes they send me wrong size. I them back shoes and 3months im wait fór money nobody answer me they scamming peoples. Dont order from this site !!!!!!!!
Avoid this company like the plague! You won't get a refund if decide to return the item. All messages will be ignored as well.

Good day to you and good for you reading, hopefully before you make a purchase. I have spent a lot of money with this online store and have now realised the problem is if you need to return an item/s. Firstly I placed a big order and received the goods. I kept around 50% of my order and returned the rest back to plein using their courier service, UPS. I never received any more info, contact, receipt, absolutely nothing. I waited another week, tried contacting them through the site which proved incredibly difficult and got No response anyway. I phoned and phoned and phoned and to my surprise got an answer one day from a lady in Switzerland, well,I say lady but she was anything but from the start of the conversation, rude, abrupt, disrespectful considering I was a paying customer, anyway she told me they had received the returns and was trapped at there customs for some reason and assured me the refund would be back into my account as soon as possible ! Well this was a little more reassuring that they had actually confirmed the goods were with their customs, albeit I returned them mid December 25 and it is now Mid January 26 with their return/refunds policy being usually within 7 days of receipt and no longer than 30 days. I waited and another week passed, After 20 - 30 plus attempts at calling them and several emails that went unanswered I actually spoke with some abrupt miserable woman in Switzerland again who now explains they a have a technical error in the refund department ! I was shocked but was never to hopeful of even getting an answer so as least an excuse seemed not so bad, !!!! I queried when the refund problem they had would be resolved and she said very soon, they are working on it ! I then asked why I get no response from their contact us form that seems to be the only other chance of getting anything in writing assuming you have the stamina hope grit and determination to resolve to actually complete the form correctly (They have made it this difficult on purpose, Yes As DIFFICULT as possible), Her answer was well we get thousands of these so we don’t have the time to deal with such trivia, we have more important return issues to deal with, absolutely astonishing when they charge so much !!! Anyhow it is now coming up to Mid February 26 and even after several emails threatening Court Action, The Ombudsman, Small Claims Court etc I still have No more acknowledgment from them, No Apologies , No Explanations other than the ones described above which are obviously Fob Off tactics hoping you will lose the will to live and leave them alone to enjoy the monies they ripped you off for! I am now considering booking a Skiing holiday to Switzerland so I can go and have a face to face chat with the rich miserable lady in the Swiss office and I can’t even Ski yet. Where there’s a will, there’s a way!!! Keep the faith , check back for update on this around maybe March April 2027! Thanks for reading and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I bought shoes and paid $316.83. They sent me shoes that were one size too big. !!! So I returned the shoes and requested a refund. I waited a month for the refund without success. Since I didn't know the website, I bought the shoes through PayPal. So I asked PayPal to intervene to get my money back. After another two weeks, I received a refund of $278.72. So I'm asking, where is my $38.11 ? **** I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AND THIS STORE !!!!! ****
So i ordered about 1month ago already t-shirt and hoodie, thank god i made them in seperate orders the t-shirt came quick everything good and fine, but hoodie never was shipped nothing, they dont answer emails no phone calls when you try call the number from the website, its disgusting how bad this experience can be, love the brand, but this is the last time i order from this website, trying to cancel my order with klarna at the moment, but they are like ghost, on top of that I HAD TO PAY EXTRA 15EUROS for the " shipping " which was NEVER SENT TO ME, and klarna told me to contact them to get the 15euros back, well we will see what will happen from here now, i paid the 15euros today so hopefully it will be fixed on klarna soon as possible jesus what a fiesta this website is. I ordered 1 jacket 16 days ago (Jan 11th 2026). Nothing has been processed yet. No one is replying to emails or via contact form on the website. I am filing a chargeback with my bank. I hope the amount of chargeback shut down their business, which is possible seeing all the bad reviews recently.
Ordered trainers for a Christmas present they arrived fine but were too small. I ordered the correct size and returned the others. The returned trainers were received into their warehouse on 28.11.25 but as of 24.01.26 I haven’t been refunded (£250+) despite numerous emails to Customer Services with no response and no answer from the phone line. Please don’t order from this site they are a scam.
No one answered the email! I can't believe that this is such a well-known brand and that they are not responding ! My sweater was sent exactly one month after ordering! And I really love it ! If you ask me for recommendations I would say no ! But I was happy with my order !
