Doesn’t make feet sweaty

I was worried compression socks would make my feet sweaty, but these have good breathability. Even on warm days, my feet stay dry and fresh, no more uncomfortable dampness. The fabric wicks moisture well too.

I ordered 2 pair of the open toe knee…

I ordered 2 pair of the open toe knee highs. I used the sizing chart and measured my legs to make sure I ordered the recommended size. The socks are too big, cheap material and do NOT seem to have much compression in them at all. Waiting for an email from Plusock so I can return this product. DO NOT recommend.

Fraudulent. Don't give them your money

I'm writing this to warn anyone considering buying from Plusock. Don't. After my item was supposedly delivered to my address (tracking number only shows it being delivered to a mailbox in my town...), I was told to request an unsigned confirmation that the order had been lost? I went to the USPS, and they were able to find that it had been delivered to a different street with no house number attached to the tracking number. The package also only weighed as much as a packet of seeds (well under an ounce, and I bought 8 pairs of knee-high to thigh-high socks). Apparently this is a scam that is occurring nationally, especially out of China. That being said, the issues started right away... I placed an order because I read Plusock is supposed to be one of the best products for plus size. I need compression socks for wide calves and thighs since my provider wants to me to wear thigh high socks for my POTS. First, they said that my order didn't qualify for free shipping, even though the website said I had enough in my cart to qualify. So I ended up buying 2 sets, when I really only needed one. They wouldn't return/refund one of the pairs. I placed my order on 3/28/26, and the international tracking number via 17Track said it was delivered [in my town] on 5/11/26. 17Track provides no clear information as to where your package is located. I asked multiple times for a local USPS tracking number, and they just kept referencing the 17Track number and asking me to be patient. After it said it had been delivered, I emailed them to get a local tracking number so I could contact USPS and see if it'd somehow still been left on the truck. They just repeated what 17Track said and asked if I'd looked other places around my house or checked with my neighbors. 4 days after the "delivery" they gave me the tracking number. In order to submit a lost package, you must have the seller's information. We'll see if I get that. I paid almost $100 when I really only needed about $39 worth of the order. I assume I won't be getting any sort of a refund. I'm not even sure I'm talking to real people anymore. It could just be an AI.

I ordered my socks on April 12th 2026. I was told twice they got their restock . So today I requested a refund I will get them somewhere else. Besides that they ship from overseas which delays packages because of customs,

ZERO STARS

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered socks over a month ago and still haven’t received my order. They have my money ($62) and I have NOTHING!!!! This is ridiculous I have emailed them and all I get is mail is not our fault and ONLY after I said something did they offer me 20% off my next order… TOO LITTLE… TOO LATE!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered… live and learn. The other thing that bothers me is you can’t talk to a live person. This company sucks and is a fraud! Will NEVER order from them again… EVER. Nor will I recommend to anyone.

Recently purchased more than 14 pairs…

Recently purchased more than 14 pairs of socks, only to find half of them were out of stock but didn't state this on their website. Tried to ask for a full refund but they tried to offer me 10% off and different pairs of socks in place of the out of stock socks. I then came to an agreement with them to have the socks that were already packaged for delivery and have a refund for the ones that weren't being delivered. Unfortunately I haven't received the refund, even though they said they sent it over a week ago. When emailed to dring this up it customer service, I got an automated response email telling me to wait another 48 hours. Since then I haven't heard from the. Update: I have had the refound sometime last week, thank you plusock.

Ridiculous sizeThese thigh compression supports are…

These thigh compression supports are about 5 sizes below the size I ordered. It s not rocket science to send the right size! If you don t sell bigger sizes, as advertised, then don t send smaller ones to get rid of them! I m going to take this to consumer s rights, I need a refund to buy ones that actually fit!

Counterfeit Postage

Product was as described. Paid $12 for shipping and product was sent using counterfeit postage, costing me an additional $7.45. Edit - Response to Seller: "Abnormal postage route" is a ridiculous excuse. You printed out a fake label and shipped it. That's not an "abnormal postage route" that's straight fraud. What exactly do you need a receipt for? I gave you my order number. Pull it up in your system. Considering I had to pay the entire postage anyway and it was less than what you charged me to print out a counterfeit label, why don't you just refund me what you charged me for shipping?

Who knew compression socks could be…

Who knew compression socks could be cute? I bought the Halloween ones and they're honestly adorable. Beyond that, they really do work - my calves used to throb by the afternoon, now I barely notice any tension. Definitely ordering more seasonal prints!

Solid fit, and solid customer service

First, I have chonky calves, and these fit great... That alone would have got them a good review. My package was delayed, and tracking went haywire, when I let the company know, they made contact quickly, and gave me an updated shipping time. I was really happy with their attentive service. There is sometimes a slight delay in replies due to time zone differences, but that was no issue. Lastly, I really like the patterns, and the edges of the patterns aren't too thick, there's a little extra thickness, of course, but not nearly as much as some of the other companies, so the overall feel/comfort is not affected.

November 22 I ordered a pair of over the knee compression socks…

November 22 I ordered a pair of compression socks that go over the knee for which I paid $49 for one pair (stupid me). Dec. 16 I had a note in my mailbox that a package had arrived that I needed to pay $7.70 postage to receive it. At the post office, after paying the $7.70 I opened the package and discovered I had received a wig. I never ordered a wig!! Since I had paid the postage and opened the package the lady at the post office said she couldn't do anything about this. She said they have been having this happen. too much. This company is a fraud. BEWARE!!! The post mistress checked and the return on the package doesn' exist.

I have been tracking my package

I have been tracking my package. I live in Dearborn Michigan. My package went Chicago. Then was sent to Detroit where is should have been delivered to my house. Now it says it is in Houston Texas and moving to another facility. They have now problem processing my payment while my socks are on a cross country trip. I would give them a zero rating, but it’s not available. The package arrived in Detroit Michigan. I live in a suburb of Detroit. The socks should have been delivered instead of being sent to Houston Texas.

Still not received a refund

I have spent 2 weeks contacting their customer service who told me to contact the courier (who redirected me back to the seller). They keep telling me to wait however this is unreasonable. I just want a refund for the full amount I paid for goods not received which I am entitled to under Consumer Law however I have been met with defensive emails and told that I must have it because the courier says its delivered. It's not in my possession and I have done all the usual things like check with neighbours etc. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of better more reliable companies making cute and stylish compression socks. Do not get caught out like I did.

I have sent a few emails to this company as I placed an order on 9/13/2025 and I still have not received it. They respond with “ please be patient your order is on the way “ . They took their money out of my account when the order was placed but refused to give me a refund.. BUYER BEWARE don’t let them take you too.
