They double charged me. Took almost $50 extra dollars and I live check to check. I cannot afford that loss. Don't trust this company.
Trying to return socks so that I may order a larger size. Given a $4.00 refund to keep socks that cost $40.00 and will not email return address. Customer service not handling this well. Never again. Update I requested a $25.00 refund to keep socks, I did receive a return address from Plusocks plus an offer of $6.00. Before ordering from Plusocks I would look at other options or be sure the item you are ordering is something that you will want to keep because a return or exchange is quite difficult.
They are too small.
Order the compressions thigh highs by their size measurements, they keep rolling down and will not stay up, the company offered me $4 to keep them it cost me over $50 to get them what a joke I will not be ordering from this company again. I have ordered their compression socks in the past and they have been great but because of this customer service they will not get my business
The socks are awful. Designs sewn in which cause tightness across the socks. Plus if you order plus sizes, the only thing that gets larger is the foot. You could fit a size 15-16 mens shoe size in the womens 3x.. When you say you want a refund, you get offered 5.00. Otherwise you are going to pay again to ship the crap back. Keep buying from USA avoid this company. YES compression socks are tight but not in one single thread where the dumb character was sewn.
Great comfortable compression. Love the fit. I did have to oder 3 sizes up from my US size.
Compression socks arrived in the time expected. BUT, they are not well made. The loose fabric all over on the inside of the socks left divots in my skin. I will not be ordering again (unfortunately).
Received my order on 4/9/25 shipping took a long time after I received the two pairs I thought by looking at the feet i thought they would fit. I could not get them past my ankles they were so small. The measurements are way off i ordered a 4XL to make sure they would fit by my measurements so it wasn't me measuring wrong! I will not send back because I have to pay for shipping back to China...what a complete joke! These compression sock companies try to hide online that their products are actually coming from China and not the USA! China does not have the regulations like we do in the USA so their sizes are always off! Learned my lesson on ordering from Chinese associated companies on line. 99% of compression socks are made in China!
Ordered over a month ago. Still haven’t received. I emailed them multiple times once I hit the 2 week mark without communication. It took several days to get any kind of response and even then I only got one after contacting their Facebook. They claimed it would be sent in a few days. They lied. I emailed again 4 days after being told it would be sent in 3 and was finally sent a tracking number. Now 5 days later that tracking number still says they are awaiting the package from the sender. All the emails I receive seem to come from an AI and I’m convinced they are just trying to scam me until my bank will no longer take the charge back.
Do not order from this company. They delay shipping and if need a return or ezchange, will not allow returns without several email attempts to get an address to return. you are not allowed to send back to address shipped from . Rhe biggest extortion is they make you pay for return shipping to China. No prepaid label provided. I cannot express loud enough.. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS NOT HASSEL FREE TO RETURN ITEMS. YOU MUGHT AS WELL JUST PAY THIS COMPANY AND SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY
Things to watch with this company. They use the FULL maximum delivery time!!!! Sizes are ASIAN sizing not AU sizing. Briefs are miniature so make sure you measure yourself VERY well. Quality is terrible - very synthetic and not good quality leg and waist elastic used. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.
Initially my order was delivered elsewhere, which was the carrier's fault, not Plusock. The matter was dealt with very quickly and customer service was exemplary. The replacement arrived in double quick time, and is just what I hoped for. Thanks Plusock!
I have finally found compression socks that work for me. Tight painful rings at the top of my calves have been a constant with other compression socks, BUT NOT WITH THESE! I weight approximately 275 lbs and am 5'5" tall. I purchased size 3X and they fit well.
Ordered these to help with swelling and they did not disappoint me. I've never wore other brands. Ordered these cause a coworker recommended them and they are perfect. Fairly easy to put on, and once on they feel like my legs to put on, and once on they feel like my legs are being hugged. I don't take these off till I'm going to bed cause they feel that good on. The size chart was super helpful figuring out which size. It took 2 weeks to be delivered but they were with the wait in my opinion.
I was very impressed with the quality and comfort. These are much easier to get on than the traditional compression socks I had tried previously. They are a life changer for me. I have more energy to be on my feet for a longer period of time without them feeling like tree trunks at the end of the day. I have already placed another order. I love them!!
