Good experience from beginning to end. Showroom staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Was kept updated on line of the production status and was provided with accurate updated of delivery schedule. Delivery staff were pleasant and efficient. Very happy.
Walked in, invited to sit on a sofa and it was perfect for us. Lovely helpful lady suggested that we try others but advised that no other had all the same features so decision made. Shown multiple different colours available so was able to choose one that suited our requirements.
The salesman was very patient while I chose the colour and handled my purchase professionally.

You need to give him a raise so he can buy more Pokemon. If you can you need to step up your production as I feel you could lose customers because of you delivery times. Luckily I can wait a bit.
