Excellent site for language lessons. Tons of teachers. Easy to use.
Tutors are not qualified and they cancel whenever they feel like it. Seems like it's an easy side hustle for money but not for learning. Demands for increase in fees after only 7 hours of learning is ridiculous. That is not even one full day of work. Platform is awful, doesn't send notifications when the tutor constantly cancels so you turn up for the lesson and it's not happening. Cannot schedule lessons from the app only the website. Website defaults to 50 minutes always when you have selected 25 minutes for each lesson. Auto renews even if your tutor has zero availability. Overall terrible experience as we did 7.5 hours of learning.
I had a great experience with Preply Customer Care. My issue was handled professionally and efficiently, and the support team kept me updated throughout the process. I have been using Preply for the past year and it is a great experience so far! Having access to native speakers enabled me to make significant progress on my grammar, my understanding and above all, on my ability to speak fluently.

I love Preply, the easy way to find a tutor that fits, the lessons, and the lesson insights. I find the lesson booking process, especially for recurring lessons, very confusing and complicated.
