I wrote a good review, but then everything screwed up and I was definitely scammed. The first time I put the pads down, my dog used it. Now she will not. No big deal, I have other uses for them. But that is not the main issue that caused this review. I ordered only puppy pads. I received a small box of detergent and a very small bottle of spray with the pads. Like with many things I buy, I get free gifts. I assumed because the detergent and spray were so small that they were definitely samples. Then 3 weeks later, I received a shipping message that I had an order coming. As I didn't order anything, I opened the order to see what was coming. I found a name on the puppy pad, found an email address and I sent a reply to the email asking why company was sending me the spray and detergent. I was told I had set up a subscription for those two items. I told them I would never order something I would never use. I tried one detergent sheet and didn't like it and the spay remains unopen. I emailed them not to send any more and that I didn't place the order. At that time, I still didn't know where the order was placed from for sure so, I checked my Amazon account, my Walmart account and Chewy. I was able to verify it came from PuppPad and was charged to my PayPal account. After several emails back and forth, they said people make mistakes and told me maybe I had set up subscriptions without realizing it. That it was just a mistake, but they could not do anything because the second order was already shipped. I told them I would ship the package back for a refund. I had failed to see the May charge for $40 and now I had been charged another $38.98 for a second order. During this time of emailing back and forth, I received an email from PuppyPad, thanking for my purchase of 3 eBooks. I again sent a message that I didn't order 3 eBooks on puppy training. That I didn't even have a puppy. Anyway later, I received another message saying that the 3 eBooks were free so there was no refund. Funny. That is not what the email said. I was getting frustrated and decided to contact PayPal and see if there was anything I could do. Especially since this so-called subscription didn't show up on my PayPal account. During that time, I received a refund for $8 for the $39.98 charge. I declined the refund and said I wanted a full refund with the return of the unopened items. They sent another message and said as I had declined the $8, that I could send the items back for a refund of $39.98. They said, you've already had $11.99 credited back, so the remaining $27.99 will come through once the return arrives. ???? It didn't add up, but............later in the email it said that they had gone back and got and additional approval for another $3.99. Companies do this hoping that you will except the small amount and not ask for the full refund. Of course, I have to pay shipping. I don't know about others, but I am tired of companies running scams like this. They charged me $19.00 for a very small box with a small number of detergent sheets and another $19.00 for a very small bottle of spray. About 4 inches tall. Way too much money for the amount. If you read this entire book, had anyone else been taken for the first $40, then the second $39.98? Also, did anyone else receive the 3 eBooks? Did I miss small print somewhere that said my purchase of 4 puppy pads came with a $39.98 monthly subscription of a small detergent and a small spay??
Easy ordering. Fast delivery, good packaging. Doesn't smell after several puddles. Have bought lots - we now have a protracted wet spell, and dog will not go out to wee on wet porch.
The customer service was outstanding. I received quick responses and solid follow through until everything was settled. Definitely recommend this company and Emma especially.

This site is a scam, be aware of all these 5 star reviews . Look at the website, go to buy the product and then bam subscription, then bam you have to buy their laundry detergent, yup scam all the way. Ironically all their low level reviews say the same thing. Also left a review to trust pilot through their website and amazing it's not here so trying straight through trust pilot site.
I purchased a puppy pad, a couple months back as a gift to you fur baby parents who don’t have the luxury of a backyard other than to walk a distances to local parks and it has been a time saver for them. I have yet to receive as many “accidental” party stories so I take that as a good sign. Thank you for the support and great customer service.
So far, so good! We’ve only had our puppy for a handful of days but any accidents he’s had have been on the puppy pads. They truly do work! So glad I made this purchase. Thank you!

I love this product. I work with wildlife and currently have two handicapped raccoons and one 4 week old baby raccoon. Your potty pads are wonderful for absorbing moisture and preventing my raccoons from laying in their own urine. Cleaning up the cages is so much easier. Thank you very much for this product. Patty

I absolutely love the Puppy Pads. My dog used the pad on the second day we went out. I didn't want a monthly refill of the detergent or odor and stain remover and when I contacted the company I had the pleasure of working with Emma. She was attentive and professional. I enjoyed working with her.
