We had problems with potty training our puppy. When we had to leave the house, she would makes accidents in the house. We heard about PuppyPad, it made the accidents decrease tremendously.
Emma responded to me very quickly. She is efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. Especially when the error was mine!! It was a pleasure to have her help me.
The pads did not work for my puppy. Customer service sent me a free bottle of the Odor Eliminator and that seemed to work, but still my puppy didn't use the pads. After over a month, they gave me a refund of $20 and I get to keep the pads....not a full money back guarantee like they say.

Basically, it’s just good, consistent service. It’s not flashy or over-the-top, but they do exactly what they promise to do, right on schedule. If you’re tired of getting messed around by other places, just come here instead.
The puppy pads blend into the indoor carpet so they don’t look as messy as other pads would. Also, our dog uses the pads way more often than not. He seems to be getting the hang of it.
