BEWARE of SUBSCRIPTION!! This company is set up to profit from unsuspecting customers through subscriptions. I purchased and it didn't feel right at the time, no mention of subscription on invoice or emails. So I emailed the company immediately to request any form of subscription be cancelled. Guess what no response, and another charge on PayPal. Still won't respond to a refund return/request, so be aware they are "purely" after the subscriptions for extra payments. Every attempt to contact is just met with silence. Now receiving emails from a claimed company CEO asking for feedback, generic emails only. This company is fraudulent and doesn't stand by what's advertised, no 90 day return guarantee for products that aren't living up to their hype. Just silence and an extra payment taken, profiteering by deception. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I ordered and received the product. What I didn't sign up for was an ongoing subscription or unauthorised credit card charges. Whether the product is good or not is not what I am reviewing. Be careful as this company is poor to respond and it has taken me just over two months to confirm the subscription has been cancelled and to finally receive a partial refund (they did not refund the $4AUD shipping for the unwanted/not authorized subscription, despite receiving email confirmation a full refund would be provided). It also cost me shipping/tariffs to return the unwanted/not ordered items. Ironically, this past week I've received several emails from 'Tyler', the 'founder' asking for customers' help in posting positive reviews on Trustpilot to counteract a 'competitor' who has been posting negative reviews. I don't think there's a competitor....just customers who have been duped, mislead, frustrated with the poor customer service and dubious business practices.
