I was not given the option to purchase a First Class tickets.
The mails and tickets went to my spam. I was never able to retreive my mails and tickets. Can i receive my tickets again, since i need to claim them

It was a wonderful train experience. Fast, Clean, On Time. Comfortable, Would love to do more European Train Trips. My travel Agent booked it and everything went very smoothly. Train travel days were 04/05/26 and 07/05/26 and 10/05/26..Wonderful!

I ordered 2 rides for 5 people in app on iPhone. All people, including me, saved on my account, but only names are saved. I needed to enter passport numbers, phone # etc twice manually. It looks very stupid.

We were fined $183 by your train conductor because we got on the earlier train going back to Zürich from Lucerne, Switzerland. The fine he made us pay was more than the original cost of our round-trip tickets, which seems pretty unfair. We inadvertently assumed that since we had already purchased tickets back to Zürich that we might be able retun at a different, earlier time than booked, on the same train line. Apologizing, we informed him that we had no idea this was forbidden, especially since the train was only half full. We were also disappointed that he would not show us any leniency or mercy….and instead assessed us a pretty steep monetary fine. He informed us how we had purchased a “super saver”fare, which we had never even heard of before, and didn’t know anything about, but apparently it doesn’t allow you to make any changes because of its low cost, which he told us that we should’ve obviously known about. My main complaint is that since we are visiting from another country, we were NOT trying to ride the train for free, and INSTEAD OFgiving us a warning, or shown us a little bit of mercy, would’ve been much more appreciating. We even offered to pay the difference in fair for the miscommunication, as we are navigating these confusing train lines in a foreign language. Quite disappointed in Rail Europe. 👎🏽👎🏽
