I bought two lots of tickets for France. It was an easy site to use once I got into it. The problem I had was on the ordering page. After I put in my requirements and pressed “Search” it went blank and flicked back to the same page. I’ve no idea why. A couple of times I started again. Once I got passed that, it worked fine

Quick and easy
I could not find an option to have an electronic ticket. They automatically came as print at home. Other sites like Trainline will give an electronic ticket. I should have been informed before purchasing that the ticket would have to be printed

Bought the refund insurance that said they’d cover 90% of the cost. Tried to refund but could only get $70/500 back. Definitely misleading

The platform is not very user friendly. Trying to get the tickets to print was difficult and required me to do some IT work to get them. There seem to be other more user friendly platforms.

Railpass purchase. I want to be able to print out a railpass on paper, which I can physically show to a conductor. I do not want to have to download something on some damned app on my damned phone. I want a choice!
