Received notification my item was sold on 15 April 2021 and should expect payment within 20 working days. Based on previous experiences, I know their payment will never take 20 working days to receive so I contacted their Concierge team again via WhatsApp on 18 May 2021 to check on payment status. As expected, they gave the usual delay tactic "working closely with our Finance team, etc. etc. and processing your payment is on the top priority processing queue..." 25 May 2021: Asked them again for update on my payment. They claimed payment is 'already scheduled to wire into my bank account on 4 Jun 2021' 9 June 2021: Still no payment from Reebonz. Contacted them and received another delay tactic message. 14 June 2021: Again no payment and 'assured' me they have sent another urgent strong reminder to the team" 16 June 2021: Claimed their Finance team advise they will clear it next week, 25 June. 25 June 2021: Replied they are coordinating this payment and requested to expedite. Will update soon it gets completed. 29 June 2021: "We have already reconfirmed and received FIRM confirmation from our Finance that payment is already scheduled to wire to your bank account on 2 July 2021. Claimed they have OVERWHELMING bulk payments (what does that mean?? Reebonz owe too many outgoing payments to customers?) 4 July 2021: Until now no notification from Reebonz that payment has been transferred.
From Singapore Deplorable Business Ethics - Empty promises for White Glove Case #158910 I sold an inexpensive pair of Hermes sandals and was informed on 9 April 2021 that I will receive a credit to my bank account in 20 business days. Despite numerous standard replies from your concierge team that they are looking into my request and ‘expediting’ payment chasers for me, it has been futile and no amounts credited. If your organization is encountering cash flow issues, please come clean with me and I an more than glad to donate this meager amount to you. Please do not over promise your 20 day payment timeline and under-deliver. Do not give me your template replies. Return me my promised amount OR simply tell me you have cash flow issues and unable to pay me. Thank you
This happens to me also, I m from Singapore. I bought a bag on their platform on 15 June 21, which they claimed can’t be found, and till now 29 June they are not able to do refunds!
Bad experience. ALL - PLEASE DON'T TRY OR YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET. I sold many items through Reebonz, and I have not been paid, some has been 5 months outstanding. Owed me tens of thousands. About to get my lawyer to settle the dispute. Account Payable is not responding, email bounced. Finance Manager on reduced working hours. The 20 Working days payment is not a joke, but a lie. Suspect business method where they charge your credit card for something that they don't have stock or don't intend to fulfill. And then, they take more than 30 days to try to refund to you as they are constantly "upgrading" their system or having system issues. Basically, taking innocent consumers monies to fund their operations. Scam!
Reebonz notified me that two bags had been sold 21 & 28 April and that payment will be made within 20 business days. It is now mid-June and I have not heard from Reebonz. The firm has disconnected their landline, and I have not received any response to my emails nor texts. I still have three items waiting to be sold with Reebonz but after reading all the reviews here I'm not sure whether I'll ever receive payment for the items already sold or ever see the items that are still on sale. This has been an awful experience and I will never use Reebonz again. I am owed for Saint Laurent and Givenchy bags sold as case 158962 and 158961.
I have similar bad experience with Reebonz Singapore. My bag was sold (#156484) and after 20 days, payment is still not made. When I contacted them, it was the same standard email that their Finance department is still processing it. This is against what they published in the FAQ that payment "WILL" be made within 20 business days. I WILL make a police report as reading from the reviews, I am not the only one experiencing this which makes this a scam. Definitely don't want more people to fall for it. 1Jul2021: After their initial reply to my post above, several emails to them have been ignored. It has been another month. They left me with no other option but to report them to the police. It is alarming to see how many people have the same experience. The whole thing does look like a scheme to cheat both buyers and sellers like us. 8Jul2021: After an agonizing wait and tons of frustrations, I was finally paid by Reebonz yesterday. Hope others will get their money back soon. I will never deal with Reebonz again after this very bad experience; which has been confirmed by others that it is not an isolated incident.
It has been more than 45 days and I’m still waiting for my order no. 11157778 to be refunded. In spite of numerous email chaser and phone calls made to Reebonz, I only get the standard template answer that their lousy finance department is looking into the refund. And it has been noted that since 4-June-2021, Reebonz has even disactivated their hotline and instructing callers to email instead. Well done Reebonz! Your “wonderful legacies” will be there for many years to come and will served as reminders to other consumers not to trust in you ever again!
Reebonz is a scam.. I bought my Alexander Wang bag a few years back, the bottom was scratched. I don't think the bag is fake or anything but it's defin an used item. And after about a year or two later they sent me a message saying I could get $800 credit if I send the current back. I did send back the bag and they gave me $800 credit, but I know the condition of the bag is pretty bad.. It just got me thinking what they're going to do with the bag...
I should have read the reviews before making a purchase online. I've experienced the same problem.They e-mailed me quite quickly saying that the item i bought can not be fulfilled. And i have e- mailed them asking about the refund. It has been 2 weeks but no replies. Terrible.
