To Reebonz If you are reading this, I pray that whatever new biz you going to re-establish will be unsuccessful. This is your retribution for cheating all your loyal customers. You are no different compared to theft by claiming bankruptcy so you can run away with our bags and not paying us our sold bags. Shame on you. Big time!
Wow .. I’ve been a Reebonz user since they started and have had mainly good experiences . Thanks to the alerts here I backed off from them at the start of the year when they asked me to consign my bags with them. I’m glad I didn’t . They quoted a high price and when I questioned about these reviews they assured me that they will do their best to expedite . With the liquidation news I’m appalled I still received an email from Reebonz today about fresh items off their racks !
Just read the news that Reebonz’s founder Samuel Lim has sent a notice to The Business Times stating that Reebonz has decided to liquidate and wind up the business. I believe all our money earned from consigning can no longer be retrieved and the credits will no longer be relevant. This is the end of Reebonz.
Tagging on to Jenny T's review. I also just realised my credits were gone suddenly. Emailed no response. Fortunately WhatsApp yes but guess what... they replied that they sent out email to all members informing us to use their credits by 31 July 2021 as their website will undergo a major maintenance after that. Oh gosh! What a great tactic used to cover themselves. I swear I didn't receive that said email they claimed to have sent. Can anyone verify this please? To think, we all have been loyal and supportive clients of Reebonz during their peak of business. What a utter disappointment.
BEWARE, they are SCAMMERS. I suspect tt they are gg bust. Sold a bag and did not receive payment. Sensing that they probably did not have cash, I agreed to receiving credits instead so that I could at least cash out on a bag asap before they completely burn to the ground. After much chasing, Concierge informed me at 4:22pm on 3 Sept tt they credited the credits to my account and to use the credits by today. Less than an hour later I tried to submit my order using the credits BUT the system WOULD NOT LET ME CART OUT. I believe this is all part of a PLOY to use credits to reduce their cash liability, because they have technically "paid" in credits. I texted Concierge immediately but was "single ticked" on WhatsApp. Called many times, phone was switched off. All of a sudden their website informs tt Reebonz will undergo maintenance from 4 Sept and all orders made on 3 Sept will be fulfilled - it's a complete LIE given tt I was unable to submit my order in the first place. All signs point towards them preparing for liquidation, such as trying to reduce their cash liabilities to creditors. Absolutely UNETHICAL and I am horrified to my core. Not sure what recourse we have against them. Anyone?
I have been selling on Reebonz since many years, still got $4000+ credit on my account to spend that will be expired very soon. This Im afraid will be lost forever since Reebons stop accepting order as of 4 September 2021. NO ONE is replying to emails, WhatsApp, Instagram. Please return back my money if you close your business and can not fulfil customer order. This is simply robbery 😡

Like all of you, I’ve also had to chase and hound them multiple times for the payment of my consigned items. I’ve used them all through the years but I must say in the last 1-2 years, they have really taken a turn for the worse. From 10 business days payout to 20 business days. And even so, they had no intention of paying out even after 20 BD. I had to call to threaten going to the press, making a police report and sending a lawyer letter before they finally sent me my money. Nothing is worth this mental anguish of having your rightful monies withheld. The customer service are of no help at all, they are so jaded from the multitude of complaints that they can’t give 2 rats ass anymore. When I told them I’ve already lodged a police report and asked them where should the police go to, they calmly replied: ask them to come to level 7. They don’t care anymore! Side note: no use making a police report. I did it and the IO immediately closed the case and ask me to go to CASE, which from what I’m seeing also doesn’t handle sellers issues. I would suggest getting a lawyer to write them a letter of demand. $100 only and it’s official. Secondary side note: they do have unauthentic items on their site. I once spotted an obviously fake Chanel (fake serial number, fake card) and was nice enough to flag it to them (called in) and they told me: u must be mistaken, all our items are authentic. Appalling service standards and also what a con job!

Same experience! My item was sold back in June 2021 and they didn’t keep any of their 20 days payment promise, now already 11 Aug 2021 still haven’t received my money back. Their concierge email only replied once and said it’s their Finance team workload issue but I think if someone could in Singapore, please report to the police. Feel like fraud and lost our handbags.
Hi All, I have finally received my payout today (4 Sept 2021). My white glove pay out was very small, $250 so maybe that’s why they finally paying me back. So guys keep messaging them until they respond like what I did Good luck I have also not receive my payout for White Glove sold in May and June, they claim payment for the item sold in May by end of June but till date, 4 Aug 2021, still no sight. Send What's app but they just refused to answer, I understand maybe they are only staff handling the What's app message but should at least response customer rather than just go MIA
Anyone lodged a police report or small claim already? Any update? I have not receive my payment as well.
They owed us 3 bags payment and have been delayed for 12 months. Sending them numerous emails this past weeks without any response, it's a real bad experience and we have finally decided to launch a police report by next week and to other authorities on this matter. This is a real misconduct by this platform. They could have their website blocked by the Malaysian MCMC. We have contacts with numerous journalist, this should be an awareness to the public.
