Great communication and glass unit very well made. I had to reschedule delivery, sent an email and got a reply within an hour with new delivery date. Slight problem with the upstand not being delivered with the unit. Told delivery driver, he contacted roofglaze and I recieved a phone call from them very quickly and lady had one dispatched. Unit has now been installed and looks great.

I am over £500 out of pocket thanks to being provided with erroneous information regarding delivery dates and having been sent damaged glass twice which I have also had to pay to remove/dispose of. The replacement glass is also damaged and despite me alerting them to this and providing pictures on the same day it was finally delivered (late), the supplying company are refusing to provide any compensation for the damaged product despite the legal obligation to do so as per Sale of Goods Act and Consumer Rights Act. Currently seeking advice and considering taking to small claims court.
