We’ve been carrying out extensive refurbishment work at our home and decided to remove the 8 skylights we’ve had for decades and go for the more modern roof lanterns. We contacted numerous suppliers over several months all over the UK, but one of the suppliers stood out more than any of the multitudes that we contacted; Roofglaze Rooflights. What an amazing experience we had during the specification through to ordering the roof lanterns period. We’d give 5 stars just for the customer services aspects of this company as they were absolutely amazing. I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte, Beth, Mark and Karen, all of whom dealt with all and any questions, amendments and complications that we had in a courteous, expedient and most professional manner. From start to finish, I can honestly state that it was absolutely clear that all of the above mentioned are customer focused and can’t do enough to help make the customer feel welcomed and valued.
