Kristy Draeger has been very helpful with the purchase process. However, the lack of flexibility with the delivery department has made the experience a little difficult.
Our sales person Nicolas, met with us at the store location and then set up everything in my cart, with several options for me to choose from. It was easy to pick what I wanted. We spoke over the phone a couple of weeks later to make sure of all the details and now just placed my online order! Very easy! Nicolas was a pleasure to work with!
