I am impressed with the organisations loyalty to me as a customer. I purchased products with complete trust in the items but did not agree with me so stopped using. I had, however, a repeat order payment that had been charged to my credit card, and after a request for a refund, my request was processed immediately.
Their company and team listens and is responsive to your request. I am pleased with the product and the service.
My issue was completely and promptly resolved by Florence Lukban. She replied to my initial complaint so promptly. Compared to other companies that I have dealt with, it was refreshing to be treated with such concern on such a timely basis. Thank you:)

I made a 1 time purchase, 2 months later another charge shows up. I contacted customer service, Lauren Kowalski responded with an apology ans assuring a credit. No refund, but another email, confirming another order being shipped and a charge of $199.85 to my bank account. I contacted my bank an they assured me the charge was from the same company. 100% SCAMMERS.
I placed an order on May 10th and it seem to have a problem with the order. The e-mail I received said it was being shipped to my Florida address as I'm an a snowbird as I'm in New York right now, I did in fact put my New York shipping address attacked to this order. A day or so later I received another e-mail from Astrid Herrera and he thinks he knew what happened to my order and he walked me through and explained to me how to do an reorder. When I change this order I up my order to a 6 bottles order going to my New York address with the help of Astrid Herrera. I have to say Mr. Herrera seen the stress I was going through and he e-mailed me back and advised me that my order did go through correctly and was shipped out. When I had my own business many years ago I always found when you had a good employee he was willing to go that extra mile for the customer and I would give this gentlemen as many stars that is available.
