It seems they are picking up the chairs Monday. A long process, but they are doing the right thing. As I said in my last review, I always loved the orders I received in the past. I do think they need to be clearer in the details and offer swatches of the Acacia wood they use for the Study chair, since they do for their other chairs.

While I appreciate the shipping process from the perspective of a company, the process for the customer is abysmal. The cost of shipping ($349)was almost the cost of the two small side tables, negated any membership discount and the reason was that I was outside the shipping route. This I find odd as Halifax is a main shipping hub. I don't think renewing my membership is worth it simply because of shipping. As well, i don't like having to reword my questions in chat to get the answer I was searching for and receiving relatively canned (AI?) responses. Perhaps the $25 store credit could be applied to my shipping cost!?!
