Bugs! My Berlin Sofa from Rove Concept arrived infested with carpet beetles. These bugs crawl out of the seams of one specific arm of the couch. The response from Rove has been very relaxed and I have been waiting almost a week for them to schedule pickup of this couch that surely just needs to be destroyed. The fact that they want to take it back to their warehouse is extremely alarming. If this does happen to anyone else, please know that a steamer will kill the bugs that have reached the outside of the sofa. That is the only way I can control and hopefully prevent spread. Still new bugs emerge everyday and I'm very concerned this will take over my apartment. I'm deeply disappointed in the response from Rove. I've been hung up on twice already today and claims has gone unresponsive. The condition and the corporate behavior are both disgusting.
