My 13 year old R4 lost all sound and from my first contact with Ruark, initially with Terry in Customer Services, it was impossible to fault the service I received. The system was repaired, serviced and tested and despatched back to me in full working order within a week. Brilliant service. If only all other businesses were as efficient
My 15 year old R4 developed a problem with the cd player refusing to move on from 'reading disc'. It was fixed within a week and the whole experience of dealing with Ruark was excellent; they were particularly responsive and informative.
We had a sound issue with our R4 mk3. I was contacted by Terry, who reassured me they would be able to repair it. They kept me informed, were extremely helpful. It has now been returned, having been repaired and fully serviced. They team were very professional and I cannot praise them highly enough
