Good CS but very poor delivery service and messing system. Delivery man leaves items outside (item can be stolen), their messaging system sends messages multiple times saying “item is delivered “ but there no item at the doorstep or downstairs by mailbox or outside the building. It’s stressful, mental pressure, frustrating. They should fix these problems.
Hope you will read and respond to my review It was the first time I tried to order from shein here in Qatar because I believe they have the good quality however the prices of the delivery was made times two and I am very disappointed about that I cannot believe we need to pay for the ff: Shipping fee and Cod fee ? Courier left parcel on doorstep I didn't recieve it shein not giving me refund keep telling me to wait been 6 days now
I am requesting immediate escalation regarding my recent order. I made an order on SHIEN on 12/05/2026, and I was expecting it to arrive between the 21st and 24th of May. My parcel was returned to SHEIN today by the courier without a single delivery attempt, and I am now being told to repurchase the exact same dress at nearly triple the original price. This is completely unacceptable. I purchased this dress specifically for an event on Sunday and planned my entire outfit around it. The courier’s error — not mine — has left me without the item I paid for, with no workable solution offered. I do not want a refund; I want the dress I originally ordered, at the price I originally paid, delivered within the timeframe SHEIN promised. Customers should not be penalised for courier mistakes or internal handling issues. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I expect this to be reviewed by someone with the authority to resolve it properly.
I returned my items using Shein's official courier. Tracking proves it was delivered back to them, but they claim they don't have it. Customer support is completely useless. They keep going in circles and constantly pulling up the wrong orders despite me giving the correct order number.
I ordered a 2 piece outfit from SHEIN I returned it because I didn’t like how it looked once I received it it’s been almost a month since I’ve returned it and I still haven’t received my refund the robot chat keeps telling me to check with my financial situation so I did nothing has been received from SHEIN I will be taking legal action order number GSU1XK34C001YHR please send me my money and I promise I will never order from this thieving company ever again supposedly my refund was sent April 25 according to the robot chat but I have yet to receive it BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
I ordered a number of items from Shein, and all were just awful. I retuned the whole order but they are refusing to refund me for everything that was sent back. Firstly, I ordered some rings - I know my ring size, and all the ring sizing was off. When logging the return, it came up with a message to say that I was not required to send them back, but I would still receive a refund. I returned them anyway. I returned some earrings - the pack, when I opened it, was empty - the earrings were not inside. I also ordered a swimsuit, but it was missing the sanitary seal, so I requested that back too. I didn't even try it on - disgusting to send out items with no seals. And I ordered some replacement ear tips listed for Apple AirPods that were not compatible. Their listing was incorrect. I returned all items - even the ones they told me not to return and now I am fighting to get my money back. They are saying they won't refund the earrings because I didn't return them, but I clearly stated on the return that the earrings were missing. But most annoyingly, they are refusing to refund the swimsuit because they are saying I removed the sanitary guard. The whole reason for my sending this back was that they sent it to me without the guard. They are sending out swimsuits with no sanitary guard, which is disgusting and unhygienic, and then accusing customers of removing them and using it as a reason to keep your money. I returned EVERYTHING IN MY ORDER AS IT CAME TO ME and they have kept my money. Customer service is awful. STAY AWAY FROM SHEIN - THEY ARE AWFUL. AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY/

I’ve bought quite a bit from Shein and found service to be pretty good until today. Returned some swim wear as didn’t fit. Sanitary stickers were in tact. Shipped back. Every item refused because edges of stickers were lifted and pictured by returns. Lost items and money. It’s impossible to keep those stickers in correct place if eg bikini is folded and shipped. Be warned. I googled and lots of customers have recently had same issue. I’d say returns have been told to reject all in coming swim wear.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I returned a number of bikinis and when I sent back the items, the hygiene strips were all fully intact. Shein have sent me pictures of most of the bikinis showing the hygiene strips have been tampered with and are refusing to refund me. This is obviously the warehouse tampering with them, so that they can deny my refund, as they weren't like this when I posted them!!! Customer service won't do anything at all because I don't have 'photo evidence'!!! Why on earth would I take pictures of items I send back that are in perfectly good condition???? Absolutely ridiculous!!
I returned six items and received only refund for three of them under pretext that the sanitary seals were missing or broken, even though the pictures provided clearly are showing that they are not missing or damaged at all!!! I tried to contact Shein Customer Service through the chat and telephone - nothing is working. I could not go through at all and it seems that Shein has no working Customer Service at all which I believe is against UK law. I have contacted them through Resolver and awaiting for them to contact me but I definitely will not abuy anything else from this company.
The prices are cheap and delivery was quick, which is a plus. However, I ordered several items in size L, and each one fit differently, very inconsistent sizing. On top of that, the quality isn’t great. It’s okay if you’re on a tight budget, but don’t expect reliable sizing or high quality.
I ordered some shoes i was sent to right feet so I had to return them .shien was rude unhelpful. They refused to send a replacement pair .and refused a refund saying I had used vochers. I had never had this issue before I order a lot. Not good customer service to loose a good customer.going to shut my account 🤬🤬
This company is terrible. Worse company I ever bought from. I order e d a small top, and they sent me a xl. Did not have any tags avND looked worn. Tried and tried to get customer service but no communication. I was a good customer. Big problem with not even receiving the product. It was on going and I did not want any more stress. DO NOT BUY. WILL BE SORRY.
