Rose was very helpful. I applied for a Jordan visa about 10 days before my flight. I got the visas 5 days before my trip. Communication was a bit sketchy and I got concerned I might have been scammed. I was not. I don’t know if my experience was unique. I will use this service again if I need a visa. Their fee was less than $10.00. Other services I looked at charged $50-$100 for their service.

Everybody was polite and answered our requests without significant delay. Unfortunately you sent us quite a few mails with requests of further details concerning our application instead of one, naming all that was additionally needed. Furthermore it would have been helpful to know vaguely the date of the arrival of our visas.
