The result was what made the experience great. We have got a battery that matches our needs and it was installed by two enthusiastic young men who did a very neat job. I have spent 45 years in the electricity industry and it was great to see two tradesmen doing a first class job. I am also very happy with the app as it provides all the information I need to monitor and control the battery operation.

Very disappointed with the after-sales support from Solar Battery Group. My battery system is currently not working, and trying to get assistance has been an exhausting experience. I have spoken to more than five different people, been transferred multiple times, had calls disconnect, and promised callbacks that never happened. The biggest frustration is not just the battery fault itself, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. Every time I contact support, I have to explain the entire situation again from the beginning, with no clear ownership of the issue. When you invest in a solar battery system, you expect reliable support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves their customer service processes because customers should not have to chase basic support for a non-functional system.
