Horrible. I tried to cancel my subscription. Enough time tried to give me a discount. Didn’t want it. Now charged me twice. Cheap ass ugly Jewlery. Don’t waste your time. Just want my money back. You will be disappointed with their cheap ass stuff.
I cancelled my membership via email as requested, they still charged me. The reply email they sent said sorry you want to cancel BUT we will lower your shipping. Not what I wanted. I didn’t want to continue the membership and I have every right to cancel. The worst mistake I ever made was joining this company. I have sent a second cancellation email, hopefully they will honor the request. Run away from this company….. just buy your jewelry elsewhere because if you have to pay 27$ for shipping, go to the department store and buy better quality.
I saw an ad on IG and joined immediately. I received my first piece (a gold cherry pendant necklace) yesterday and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. The shipping time, the packaging and unboxing was a great experience. I hope they continue with this standard of customer satisfaction 👌🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
The cherry luck's necklace is beautiful but too small for my neck. I just received the silver toring necklace. It's beautiful, I can wear it one of the bracelets I received. I gave to my sister for Christmas. She wears it all the time. Doesn't fade if she loves it
So dissapointed. Signed up for their jewelry club which claimed shipping would be 9.97 per month then a month in it jumped to 24.97! Supposedly they sent an email with the changes but I didnt seem to see it. I wish I had just picked some jewelry I actually liked rather than being out $118 since January for a few pieces of jewelry that sell for the same as I paid for shipping :(
I don't wish to continue with my subscription. I'm not vey impressed with what I received. I sent an email today to cancel and the response was that the manager was contacted and agreed to every other month. That's not what I requested. They cannot just choose to change my subscription frequency. I don't want the jewelry. It's cheap and not my taste. I've only received one piece as this is my first shipment. I have EVERY RIGHT to decide if I want this jewelry. I WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED!! UPDATE: THEY JUST CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION!
My daughter broke her necklace — the gold cherry necklace, to be exact — and she was so sad because it’s her favorite. I reached out to Solarie to see if I could repurchase it, and they kindly offered to replace it for free. I was honestly so shocked and so grateful. I sent them a picture of the broken necklace, and they took care of everything. We received the new one within a week, and my daughter is beyond happy and thankful. Thank you so much for turning this into such a special moment for us. 💛
