This has been a pain in the but about a membership scam I didn’t agree to hopefully it’s resolved now so I don’t have to pressure legal actions

Customer service from Jeremy was 1st rate. When I discovered I was being charged a monthly fee after the purchase of a pair of shit shoes- I went understandably out of my body. I contacted them because the shoes didn’t fit. Continental sizing not being universal. So the cheap shoes wouldn’t fit and I wanted to exchange them. No such luck, but I could get a refund if I sent a photo of the shoes on my feet- well, they don’t go in my feet. Then I discovered, months after throwing out the shoes- that I’ve been charged a monthly fee- for what? I don’t know. Now I’m told, to accept the refund I have to write a review for “Jeremy”. So here it is. It’s extortion. Stay away from this company.
A membership was bought with a scam where they were promoting another product from another store, I asked to cancel the subscription and according to them they approved it but in reality they didn't. The subscription of my card was charged again. I have sent emails and they no longer answer me. I do not receive a response and they use the excuse to fill out this survey with a good rating to proceed with my refund, that is, wtf? Fraud
Ibrought attention to the fact I did not subscribe to them. And they agreed to cancel the subscription and credit me back the two 38.00 dollor fees charged to me. They was more than happy to help me.
I immediately received a response from their team with the answer I wanted to hear. I can’t give a 5star rating just yet because I haven’t received any type of refund. However I will be more than happy to give another review once I’ve received my full refund
This has been a dragged out process. Email stating will be credited and second charge was being process at first on credit card. Finally second charge dropped off. Submitting another review at request of company

The subscription was activated automatically without a clear warning, which was frustrating. However, after contacting support, they responded quickly and refunded my money without any problems. I appreciate the fast customer service, but the subscription process should definitely be more transparent.
