It was easy to get someone on the obone to answer questions and place the order. We're happy with the product. Howver when ordering we emphasized we wanted the least expensive shipping. We were not in a hurry They said it was $50 for shipping for a small lightweight package from Seattle, WA to Eugene, OR When it arrived much sooner than expected it was apparent it was shipped by one of the most expensive ways. Fed-ex 2-day shipping. Update: Your reply says we selected Fed-ex 2-day. How can that be?? The order was placed on the phone and we explicitly requested the LEAST expensive shipping. How does that translate to selecting fed-ex 2 day. It sounds like whoever took the order selected that. This does make me hesitant to place any more orders.
