I'll give them 2 stars because I've hit redemption lvl twice and I know they come through on that, however...todays experience was very bad. Didn’t realize I had an account under an old email address, set up a 2nd account and purchase and played through coins with over $100 available to redeem. I was not able to redeem but they sure didn’t mind taking my money. Rude customer service and not handled correctly. I can promise you I put in a lot more money and never was able to redeem. Do not waste your money, there are much better online casinos with better return to player.
