My domain got deleted and im still being asked to provide the same information over and over
0/5 stars if I could. I run a small insurance agency and chose Squarespace thinking it would be a simple, professional solution. It has been anything but. Settings are buried and illogical — I spent way too long trying to find basic options that should take seconds to locate. When I tried to sell a digital product, Squarespace defaulted it to a physical product and started demanding a shipping address from my customers, blocking them from completing a purchase. There was no clear error explanation, no helpful prompt — just a dead end that made my business look unprofessional. For a platform that markets itself to small business owners, it does a poor job of making commerce intuitive. You shouldn't need to troubleshoot your website builder just to sell a simple digital product. If you're a solo operator who needs things to just work, look elsewhere.
The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced
I am not a Squarespace customer, have never been one, never plan on being one. However, I got charged for it and do not like the fact there is no live person to speak to.
There was no one to answer my questions. You suspended my account for whatever reason. And then I was fooled into a "Just Ask" company that I thought was you, and they charged me $70 to tell me what the problem was, but no one could fix it. I'm currently looking for another provider, and I will NOT recommend you.
My website streamofconsciousness.me is not available to me. So far, your team has not helped me get it back.
