Everything went smoothly overall, but it would be great to have more CCU chain details, how-tos, and general information directly on the order detail page. A chat option with the seller would also help a lot. A few hours passed after my order, and I sent an email asking how the CCU chain works and what to expect, but I didn’t get a reply. I also opened a ticket after a few hours, but I didn’t get a reply there either. I manually closed the ticket later after I received my upgrades. After about an hour, I only received one upgrade from the chain, so I wasn’t sure if everything was working as intended or if I had to do something. It’s a minor issue in the end, because everything worked out, but clearer order details and better communication would make the process much smoother.

In my order, I checked to see if Star Hangar really has customer service as everyone claims. Simply put, yes it does. I had a problem with my CZ email address and both Star Hangar customer service and the seller acted quickly. We resolved everything on the discord server where there is 24/7 support. I recommend

Terrible bought a mod and bought the pulse that’s necessary for the mod then applied it on the official RI site in my hangar n still can’t get the vehicle called out to the hangar simply isn’t even on the list

Star Hangar is a trading website for Star Citizen, where you can find every (with real money buyable) item of the game. Star Hangar garants the delivery of the bought item within 24hrs ( every purchase i had was sent in under 12 hrs tho) Reason why i write the rating is because i got my delivery before i even got the mail, that money was sent to Star Hangar. The Service team stays with you till the last second you need them and i could bet that they would even go through hell and back, just to give you a good shopping experience. Never seen a better service then in Star Hangar.
