I recently relocated to a new apartment and arranged for this moving company to transport my belongings from my previous residence to the new one. Since I was not in London at the time, I requested the company to store my items for a month and then deliver them to my new apartment upon my return. My belongings included 10 medium-sized boxes and 1 suitcase, all of which I personally packed. The suitcase contained 7 expensive purses and bags. However, upon receiving my items after a month, I was dismayed to find that 3 of my bags were missing – specifically, one from Chanel, one from Valentino, and one from Prada. It appears evident that someone from the company tampered with my securely locked suitcase and took the bags. Despite my efforts to reach out to the company, they have been uncooperative and unhelpful in addressing this issue. They didn't help at all, neither cared about my complaint. I asked to see the cameras and got no response. This company is a scam, they have thieves working for them. They claim to be the top company in London, but in reality, they provide the worst service and have no regard for their customers or anything else. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
The service was quick and cost effective, the driver was very polite and the removal of my items was extremely quick. Will use agian in the future

BEST MOVING SERVICE we had a lot of boxes that had to be moved up two the flight of stairs and Sony and grig from the red team were amazing and moved everything easily. Appreciated their help so much.
We have had a lot of furniture stored with ByStored for years and have had things returned and sent there multiple times. Most recently we had all of our things brought back as we are moving away. The whole service is so professional, easy and modern. We are extremely pleased!!!
