Band broke within weeks of purchase. Strapify initially offered a replacement, which I accepted. The replacement band also failed within a short timeframe and when I requested a refund, this was refused. Very disappointing customer service and response to a repeat product failure. Consumers should be aware of the difficulty obtaining a refund, despite products failing shortly after purchase.
I ordered a strap to replace my Vivo Active 5 strap which had broken. The ordered process made it easy to browse compatible straps before purchasing and had many reminders to check size and compatibility. Delivery was super quick. On receiving my strap, I realised I had ordered the incorrect width (at my own fault). The team were very responsive to my request, accomodating and I was able to quickly exchange my strap for the correct size. You wouldn’t even know the strap did not come with the watch!

Awesome brand. I’ve bought from here a few times now and they arrive quick too. Even with a warranty issue, there was no dramas and they were quick so send a replacement out. Best after market bands anywhere and I highly recommend 10/10

The strap was exactly as ordered! The colour was gorgeous and comes with the quick release pins for Garmin's which is helpful. The exchange process is easy if you are like me and order the wrong size.
