Strapify has a huge range and helps streamline which watch strap you need. I accidentally chose the incorrect fitting, and their check in email helped me realise this before it was too late. Sam gave me advice and helped me correct my order with no hassle, they were so great. Excellent customer service, my new strap has been shipped and I can't wait to recieve it. Thank you!

After making a late night order while tired, I discovered on unpacking that I'd chosen the wrong watch band size for my Garmin watch! Completing the 'return' link in Strapify's order confirmation email, I quickly submitted my request for a swap. First thing the next morning, a team member contacted me by email to organise the swap - no problem at all. The (incorrect) watch band is on its way back to Strapify, and the correct one on its way to me. Happy with this outcome. (My partner has used Strapify several times and he too is happy with their products.)

I recently ordered a Milanese Loop band for my Apple Watch, and the entire experience from start to finish was nothing short of impressive. The online ordering process was incredibly smooth and user-friendly. I’ve had issues with other sites being clunky, but here, it was straightforward and secure. What truly sets this company apart is their customer support. I had a quick question regarding the the product and they got back to me almost instantly. The band itself is great—it has a premium look and I would highly recommend them.
