First off they aren’t in the US really..They did a basic job with an assignment I asked of them.. communication wasn’t fluid. They tried to finagle their way into a website and I didn’t want that. They then didn’t complete the work I asked. I chose another company to do my website due to their reviews. I almost hired this company for that but thank God I didn’t. DO NOT trust this company unless you truly have nowhere else to go and you’re low on funds. SHADY and dishonest. I literally blocked them and didn’t care if I spent money with them. I refuse to partner with people who lie to me. TAKE MY ADVICE!
Horrible service and corrupt. These individuals claim to be web developers and designers and will loop you in that way to take over all your marketing channels. They will hijack your account and use it for their own purposes, re-direct leads, and basically steal your marketing dollars and leads. They set up a very basic template for my website, leaving it open for hacking by the apps they installed. VERY SHADY BUSINESS. Another client of theirs contacted me after my last review, saying they did the same to him.
Zephyr did a great job accomplishing my request to fix up some errors on my Wix website. It was a straightforward request and he got it done timely and correctly.
Frank Meyers did an amazing job improving the website’s SEO. He was very responsive and always available to answer my question. I would definitely recommend Strategix Design for SEO services.

They are seriously piece of s!ht. My company email portal was working completely fine until a week ago. After I updated my review on here all of sudden it stopped working! I contacted them they said it is working but which is not and sent them a screen shot and still saying it is working and trying to sell me a maintenance service! What the heck! Don’t you guys have any f.ucking moral?
I would highly recommend! They helped me with a nutrition video for my class project and my instructor said it was the best one she's had turned in. Very friendly and had no problem editing or adding even after the video was complete. Thank you 😊

PI have waited months for my website to be up and running, it isn't, how long has it been? I think almost a year! I have tried to contact them for days, no one has returned my calls,or my emails, this is very unprofessional. I have been pushed off from one designer to another, I had a website on WordPress, this should not have taken this amount of time. Update: 05/10/23: I have recently been contacted by a new designer who at first wanted to blame me for the holdup, then he responded in a professional manner, listened to my concerns and explained why things need to be certain ways in the website. My concern remains that I am told that I must buy another item, it's a must, I looked it up on Bard, the new AI and find out this is not true, I research on my own, it's the only way to protect yourself in this world, very sad to say, but true. The new designer has worked faster, and all appears ready, the next push from this company is hosting, I feel pressured, which I don't like, it's stressful, this is a hobby for me, if it turns into a business great, if not, it isn't a big deal. My husband and I need to make a decision on the Hosting, he works, he doesn't have time everyday to go over every decision with me, I need support until I become proficient enough to do it on my own, and to be honest I am not ready to make that decision, I need support for about a month, and I don't think that is expecting too much from the Host I choose, I gave it one more star, but will wait until I see if support is there after going live, then I will give another honest update, and hopefully another star, to me it's up to this company, I am more than willing to be a satisfied customer.
