I love everything about Suri. I’ve had my Suri toothbrush for a few years now and the battery is still brilliant. Buying the replacement heads is simple and retrying the old ones for recycling is easy. The toothpaste is also very good.
I sent off brushes three months ago. Zero back from you. Totally disappointed. I was sold a nice dream but reality is you don’t follow through on your promises

I have been using Suri for over a year and love it. I was struggling for a while with my dental checkups the past few years, but my dentist was thrilled with how much better I was doing after switching to Suri. My original brush stopped charging correctly after a year. I contacted the company and even though it was outside the warranty period, they worked wth me to coordinate an exchange and sent me a replacement in the mail anyway. Great product, great company, wonderful customer service experience. Thank you!!
