An excellent product backed by excellent customer service! When my toothbrush got lost in transit, the Suri Team was quick to respond and send me a replacement. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful. The toothbrush itself is amazing too! My teeth have only ever felt this clean coming straight from a cleaning at the dentist. Now I get to experience a professional cleaning every day at home!

I used this toothbrush for about a month. In that time I had to charge the brush once every 7-10 days, so it was more than I expected to have to charge it but less than my previous toothbrush. I also ordered replacement heads through the company, but they did not ship for over a month so I had to buy a new toothbrush. When I reached out to them to cancel the order and get a refund, they blamed the currier for losing it (despite the currier claiming to have never received), and would not refund me, would only send me my order over a month late.. despite me now having a different branded toothbrush.
Good accurate communication. Prompt delivery. Well designed attractive product. Like anything new it took me several uses before I became comfortable the sensation of the brush head caused by the higher motor speed.
It hasn’t been a year and the charger rusted and isn’t working :/

Definitely the best toothbrush I've used. I was going to try and 'use up' my old electric toothbrush first, but it was the thought of its plastic bristles rather than the plant-based ones of Suri that made me want to swap to Suri ASAP - and it definitely lives up to 'the hype'. Brushing my teeth feels more enjoyable and the end results feels better. Everything about the accessories and packaging is wonderful too.

The aesthetic is perfect! Not only that but the toothbrush features are amazing and the uv case cleans the brush after every use. The battery is phenomenal and I am so happy with my brush!

I love what the company stands for and their service is immaculate. My tooth brush's paint bubbled up and started coming off, SURI sent me a replacement without hassle after I reached out to them. I hope in the near future they can introduce a "trade in for upgrade" programme so that I don't need to throw away my old brush when it retires. I hope they can fix the paint and battery degrading issues for future products, the price tag should guarantee its longevity even after the warrantee expires.
