Love the shakes. Navigating around the website was very clear and easy. The exercises really motivate me and help me keep in shape. The food tastes wonderful and the recipes are easy and don’t take long to prepare. Gathering the food is simple as i don’t have to think about it after i have decided on the weekly menu. Love the meditation sessions and the words of both knowledge and wisdom at the end of my session. Monitoring my progress is also a big motivator to keep going as i see myself getting more movable again after so many years neglecting myself.
I have been shaking the Fast 800 for about a month now. I have it for my lunches at work and it is very satisfying, I don't feel hungry during the afternoon stretch. Flavours are great (coffee, strawberry, Vanilla - the best, and chocolate). I am trying to maintain my weight as I find it difficult to excersize, and so far so good.
I spent nearly£100 on my first order. The chocolate shake was thin and tasted horrible. I threw the bag and shake away. Next I tried the vanilla shake which left a claggy taste in my mouth. I could not bring myself to have another shake so that went in the bin also. I also ordered 2 boxes of bars..coffee and peanut...they were more palatable but overall for me because of vile shakes I will not be buying again.
I have had good results with this. however I tried the Mushroom soup but found it very powdery even after stirring it for ages. I will finish the pack but wont be buying it again
I bought several products in the past from Fast 800 and have always enjoyed them. This time I bought pea protein isolate powder (Keto protein powder) as there were few ingredients and it was minimally processed (vanilla and chocolate). Unfortunately I struggled with the taste and texture, which was very different from the whey protein I have purchased in the past. I reached out to customer care who responded promptly and have been really helpful. I felt valued as a returning customer and am most pleased and grateful with how they dealt with the issue.
Good protein/fibre bars. We like all the flavours other than coffee which we find very sickly. Would be great if when Fast 800 does an offer to buy all 4 flavours there is the option to select which flavours you actually like. Customer service for any feedback is at one of two extremes - either quick and very helpful or zero response.
The Vanilla shake is ridiculously gritty when finishing the last few mouthfuls. I have actually had to reach for water to get rid of it as it’s make me cough heavily. I always drink the shakes within a few minutes. I’ve tried chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. The vanilla is the worst. Also at the bottom of the white cup I use are very small bright blue spots. Look like something from washing powder. Not sure what that is. I definitely cannot drink any of the flavours without them being dissolved in skimmed milk. They also give me horrific bloating and wind. Which is uncomfortable and embarrassing. The only good thing is they are less sweet than some other brands. You have to use 5 scoops were other brands use three. Hence getting through the packets much quicker. I’m not that impressed. I didn’t loose much weight despite having one for breakfast and lunch and then green salad and fish for tea. So not great.
Great website for ease of use. Fast delivery of the product. The apple drink helps me with my digestion whilst I am following the Fast 800 plan. I actually mix it with some pre- soaked chia seeds & it is great for the gut. The 20% off offer was much appreciated. Thank you!
I love the milkshakes and meal bars, they help me when I am extremely busy and haven’t had time to prepare my lunch. This way I know I am able to stick to my food plan with the 800 fast whilst out on the go.
