We joined The Fast 800 when I suffered complications and contracted POTS from long Covid in addition to pre existing Hashimotos. In a short time the symptoms of POTS had driven my condition into pre diabetes and thyroid and cholesterol numbers into dangerous ranges. We selected the 5:2 - this suited my condition better than the 800 as I could move days if my HRV was very low or I was experiencing a flare. We found the program easy - there were very few days I was hungry between meals - and the food is delicious. Many of the recipes are permanent fixtures in our menu now. Having the menu bundle and shopping list each week made planning and provisioning simple and convenient. An unanticipated side effect of the program - we saved a significant amount of money on food and food wastage dropped to almost nothing. At the end of the program my Doctor retested my bloods - I now have completely normal range for blood sugar, cholesterol and thyroid. My POTS symptoms improved a little too, resulting in longer periods of no flares or sickness. Hubby lost his tummy, dropping 7 kilograms, and sleeping better. I lost 5 inches off my waist, and approximately 5 kilograms. I feel it likely I would have lost more, but halfway through the program I strained a muscle in my back and could not take part in the exercise sessions, this was such a shame as I was enjoying them very much and they are very suitable for a POTS sufferer. I have ordered the apple and blackcurrant protein drink several times now. The ordering process is straightforward and the product has always arrived quickly. I really like this drink. It is refreshing and a great way of getting extra protein. The only reason I haven't give it 5 stars is that the powder can go a bit lumpy when added to water, which is a bit annoying! Nice drink though!
I signed up for the 7 day trial. Cancelled it but have still been charged for the past two months. I’ve emailed customer services twice with no reply. Shocking, would avoid.
Great App and Programme. Lots of really good tailored support and it actually works! As well as the programme itself, the recipes are all really good and have helped me to develop a new way of cooking. Love it and would highly recommend.
This brilliant programme, designed for sustaining a healthy life, has helped me loose 4.5 stone and keep it off, over the last 2 years. The app is really helpful and makes our meal planning simple and flexible. We shop on-line which makes buying the varied and interesting ingredients easy. The free trial was easy to sign up for and it was so effective, I just kept with it (I rarely subscribe to anything) and the one glitch was sorted quickly. The company seems to be investing in improvements, as I was recently offered the opportunity to give feedback. There’s also a healthy online community (but I haven’t taken that up). I’m now sustaining my health and weight through the ‘way of life’ section of the programme.
I typed in but did not complete a registration on the website - next thing I know they maintain I’m 6 weeks in and being charged for a subscription I never finalised. Michele, customer service advisor, wrote about ‘complications in finalising the form’ in other words no subscription was formalised. Good news The ‘contract’ that had never been formalised & therefore was never a contract has been cancelled since I wrote in and complained about funds having left my account. I have been refunded. Customer service does seem to be responsive if chased up.
This experience has been an enormous learning curve for me. From adapting to new recipes, gaining knowledge, exercise, new products to planning next week's menu. The amazing part is that I'm losing weight slowly as well as a reduction in waist measurement.

Good pricing. Great delivery, prompt. Great product. Been using the shakes for a few years now and quite enjoy them. Great as a meal replacement that gets me through the day. Especially good for a small tie me over late afternoon.
Very quick delivery, the shakes are very good. I have tried the strawberry and chocolatevones so far. Really like the strawberry flavour. I mix mine with unsweetned almond milk. Would highly recommend.
Don't sign up unless you are 100% positive. Even if you dont use it, Its difficult to cancel. And they keep taking the payments, just like a gym membership you are locked in. Even the bank cant block it. No empathy from the company or an offer to partial refund when they can clearly see you haven't used it. Only the money matters. So think twice before signing up.
I'm a big fan of the Fast 800 programme as a purchaser of the orignal book and was thrilled to see that shakes and bars are now available to help me deal with my type 2 diabetes. The peanut butter crunch bar is fantastic, just a couple of small bites deals with my craving for cakes or sweets.One bar lasts me all day. I've done pretty well with Slimfast shakes recently but was worried that they contained sugar. So was excited to try my Fast800 mint chocolate shake. But - oh, the aftertaste is VILE! What IS it? I had the coffee one this morning. I was ready this time. I gulped it down as fast as I could and then sucked on a lemon. The taste is ten times worse than tequila. I'm going to keep going because I'm desperate to get the weight off and my blood sugar level down butI can't say I'm looking forward to it. :(
Amazing way of eating to get healthy and lose excess weight. I cannot praise this Mediterranean style eating highly enough. 800 calories are not a problem if you buy the books and follow the easy and delicious recipes. Weight loss is quick and you feel better in yourself as the weeks progress. 12 weeks and 3 stone lighter. The meal replacement shakes are convenient on busy days and are delicious ( so are the protein bars ) Highly recommend. It's very nutritious and no more fatty liver or ibs!
Well, as far as I am concerned the Company is truthful. I drink Fibre Blend Cloudy Apple every morning. It has a pleasant taste and helps my gut do what it should be doing! It is an expensive outlay, however, when you actually work out the daily cost it isn't. Without any hesitation I would recommend Fibre Blend Cloudy Apple. Recently, I ordered the Protein Bar Dark Chocolate and was pleasantly surprised. To be truthful, I do not like sweet food so was a bit concerned it would be, but it is not sickly sweet and the bars are lovely and I also like the texture. Lastly, the Company keep you well-informed about delivery date and time and everything is very well-packaged.
