I stopped by the Good Feet Store in Leesburg VA

I stopped by the Good Feet Store in Leesburg VA and got talked into the arch support system of 2,000.00. Yes my feet hurt from neuropathy and thought maybe the sales person was right that the arch support system would help me with balance and walking. That my feet would not hurt anymore. That’s all a line of bullshit just to get the sale. Buyers Beware of this store!

I stopped by looking for some arch…

I stopped by looking for some arch supports and something to help with neuropathy pain. After the 30 minute introduction to the product, the guy handed me the price list. I literally laughed out loud. 2200.00 was the cheapest option I saw on the page for the arch supports. I said no thanks and sent to the mall and got a pair that seem fine for 80.00. Ridiculous.

PURE BULLSHIT

High pressure sales pitching. At the end finally admitted you can use your own shoes instead of their product. 3 step inserts are ridiculous. No refunds no returns. You're stuck with their crap. Would not recommend going through the phony processes...pure bullshit.

I am a 86 year old Vietnam Era Veteran…

I am a 86 year old Vietnam Era Veteran and in excellent health. I went into the Good Feet Store to determine if they had anything to fix my hammer toes. The sales lady said their arch support would help so I went along with all of her tests. She suggested trying on a half size larger shoe to give me more room in my toes. This helped somewhat, but it was awkward walking with a bigger shoe. She gave me several arch supports and a schedule to wear them. At the end of all these test she hurried me over to the checkout. I assumed it would cost several hundred dollars. I need reading classes to read small print, but I signed it. I read the sales slip when I came home and realize I signed the sales slip for $2,000. I went back to the Good Feet Store and they told me I had to call a bank in Philadelphia that had my account. Why did they not use a local bank? IMHO the Charlotte Banks personnel are friendly and very helpful, whereas the Philadelphia Bankers are rude. The Bank personnel at CareCredit hanged up on me. I mailed back my over sized shoes and arch supports. Also,I am now selling one of my possessions to help pay the $2,000 at 32.99% interest.

Beware

Beware! Your paying $2000 for a few inserts, linings and a pair of socks. If the product doesen't work for you it is almost impossible to get a refund. It not only did not work for me, but it caused me severe pain in my back. I told them I have a spinal problem before purchasing their product, but they told me I would walk better with less pain. Quite the opposite happened. For 2 days I experienced so much pain that brought tears to my eyes. Could not walk, move, or sleep. Wanted a refund, but they said I should try a different insert. I did not want to experiment new inserts so they could keep their money. They would not guarantee a painless experience. Tom B

An excellent experience at The Good…

An excellent experience at The Good Feet! I have been looking for house slippers for months because my orthotic relaxers kept sliding off. Wanda, is knowledgeable and helpful. She measured my feet and brought out some stylish and comfy looking house slippers with the closer-type to keep my inserts in place. It is just what I needed. Now my ankles experience the full transition of the three orthotics from morning to evening. The customer service was second to none.

I was a store manager at the Woodmere…

I was a store manager at the Woodmere store and it was the worst place to work. Not all three support are need for every person. All elderly should be accompanied by someone that understands the process or they will be talked into a product they don't need . I personally wore the supports and it made my sciatica worse.I highly don't recommend.

I bought my Good Feet insoles before…

I bought my Good Feet insoles before seeing a podiatrist. When I saw the podiatrist, she told me to discontinue using their insoles immediately for my condition. Before you buy, see a podiatrist first!

Please read the reviews before you go…

Please read the reviews before you go to this store. It is a total scam. After buying their products at the tune of over $1200, I developed the worst case of plantar fasciitis I’ve ever had. I had to go to a podiatrist who told me never buy anything from the good feet store. They will ruin your feet. They might feel really good at first and you’ll think wow this will solve all my problems but very soon you’ll find out that you have worse problems, and more pain. They will not give you a refund. However, they will give you a gift card to spend at their store for their products. They have a very small selection of shoes, socks, etc.. I couldn’t even get close to finding $1200 worth of products worth buying. The people that advertise these on TV, etc., are probably paid a lot of money to say how their inserts have changed their lives, etc. Don’t listen to the lies. At least I know now that I’m not the only one that got scammed.

Sorry inserts and aggressive sale

Sorry inserts and aggressive sake tactics. I didn't purchase all three insoles thank God but bought one for 500. My feet hurt and I believed this would help. Not. This store needs closing. DONT BUY.

One year of Good Feet inserts

I have been using Good Feet inserts for approximately one year, using the “maintainers” only. I have found the “trainers” to be very uncomfortable; my feet do not want to conform to them. The “relaxers” are useless. The greatest benefit has been the encouragement to walk regularly. However, I feel the inserts are outrageously, extraordinarily, exceedingly overpriced. Buy some Dr. Scholl’s inserts instead and save your money. I am still trying to find a replacement for the little “socks” that fit over the inserts. Any ideas?

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE OR ANY GOOD…

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE OR ANY GOOD FEET!!!!!!! Before you shop here. Just know there are NO refunds NO matter what. They’ll give you a store credit even if their products are hurting your HEALTH!!!!!! They are a horrible company. They DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR Product!!!! My husband went here because he had feet issues and back problems. We heard their commercials on tv, radio stations and social media. Thought we would try it out. The product was helping the first day, then my husband’s arm started tingling and going numb. We went back to the store and they changed out the arch supports. The followed everything they said to do, switching out arch supports three times a day and his arm still was tingling and going numb. He works with power tools and climbs on ladders, his arm going numb is an issue with his work. We went back and explained this. They wanted to switch out the arch supports again and we said no. They weren’t working and they were hurting his business and normal life. We asked for a refund and they said we had to call guest service. We called three times no answer any of the times and we had to leave a message each time. After the fourth message we left, he finally got a call back. He explained to the customer service agent what was going wrong on. At first she said they would only give store credit. My husband said that was unacceptable and the agent called him back and agreed to a refund. They would charge a 20% restocking fee but he would get his money back. He went to the store and all of a sudden the agreement had changed. They would only do store credit. Plus still charge him a restocking fee. We paid $1600 and they were giving him back $1100 in store credit. We are now out $1600, which is a lot of money for us, because what are we going to use a store credit for when the PRODUCT DOESNT WORK!!!!!! This company DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

L be careful

If you want to try it, make sure they don’t sell you too much. Mom was a total waste of money and I ended up having to get medical treatment anyways. Hi bought the fourth $2000 worth of shit and when I went back in there. The next guy treated me like I was wasting this time. There are not medical professionals.
