My experience with this company was fantastic. The actual package was stolen from my property, and after reaching out and contacting the team they were already willing to reship before the shipping insurance. And after going through some of the one star reviews, they just don't make sense. I've had my oodie for a few years now, (The ones that got stolen were actually a gift for my partner) and it's fantastic It's super warm no issues with any stitching or anything like that and the customer service team have been great. So genuinely I have no clue what the other people are on about.
Bought the winter pjs for my nana and she loves them. She finds them super comfy and lightweight.
Fake shipping details, order details not correct; informed immediately. Tracking number given by this retailer is FAKE - Post Haste has no content for any shipping transaction. Charged business shipping without consent and has not arrived within claimed delivery timelines.

Obsessed with the new Oodie Puffer Jacket!! The fit is absolutely divine, cosy, flattering, and feels so premium. I own 30 Oodie products (no joke), and the quality has stayed incredibly consistent over the years, which is why I keep coming back. Every house party we host somehow ends up with everyone wearing an Oodie, and living in Adelaide where it can get pretty windy, they’re honestly unbeatable for warmth and comfort. Very confused as to why the OODIE have negative reviews… ive ordered a variety of products from the Oodie and multiple sleep tees and oodies themselves and I’ve never had a problem. Everything is amazing quality and completely worth the price. I’ll be ordering more in the future!

This is my third time shopping with The Oodie and I LOVE THEM! I have an Oodie, a puffer jacket and I now own a set of their new Hoodies & Sweats collection - and I'M OBSESSED!! The quality is so insane! I need to buy another colour ASAP, genuinely so obsessed with the quality. Will be living in these over winter. My deliveries also always come so quick - without express which is always fab.
I bought a sleep tee. I am a small person, granted, but this was excessively large the sheer volume of fabric pulled this off one of my shoulders. A small version in the same fabric would be better. Sold mine on vinted. Shame as the fabric was lovely and soft.
Cheap quility over priced, had the item for less than a week amd stiching fallimg out, doesnt hold warmth.
I bought this dressing gown for myself and I love it. It caught my attention with a gorgeous colour of raspberry and a cosy looking sherpa lining. I received it within a couple of days and it didn’t disappoint. It’s beautiful and warm and I enjoy wearing it. No regrets, I just couldn’t be happier.

I 100% recommend this company. From the customer service, delivery, packaging, and amazing quality of the products. I bought my Granddaughter a Sherpa blanket and my daughter a dressing gown.
