With the hip opening exercises on day 7 & 8, I am very sore in my glutes. My lower back, hips and glutes are very tight so those areas need a lot of work. I struggle to do child’s pose, they’re so tight. I’m hoping that these exercises can help with release in these areas. I haven’t experienced any emotional release, just muscle soreness but I look forward to seeing what these exercises will do for me by day 30.

I have now completed and been Certified in the Teacher Training Course, it was intense but I have learnt so much! The level of support is incredible, Bri was very supportive throughout my journey.
I seem to be better following this routine, however, I am not able to sustain a calm and open physical release. Prior to this experience, I was doing mobility training. I am also having emotional responses to my life situation. Wondering at this point if this routine will release the pain tightness I have in my hip, shoulder and neck.
I’m on my third round of doing this! Both other times I have my biggest release near the middle of the program. This go around, although I haven’t broken into tears yet, I have felt very emotional since the beginning. It’s clear I’m holding a lot in my hips and I can’t wait until I get to the neck and shoulders section too!
I am on day 8 and so far the course has exceeded my expectations. My stress levels went down from the very first day. I notice that I am more comfortable in my body, more centered and less addicted to my phone and other distractions. A great start and I am looking forward to continuing.

So far, I’m really enjoying it. The exercises are clearly explained, and the videos make everything easy to follow. I especially appreciate the calm pace and the practical guidance throughout. There’s also a lot of helpful additional information, including written explanations and FAQs, which I find very supportive. I reached out to the support team with an individual question and received a helpful response quite quickly, which I also value. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience so far, and I’m looking forward to continuing with the program.
