Sketchy company. Never received confirmation on email nor did it show on my order. After contacting customer service i got a tracking number that is supposedly legit yet tracking number showed it came to my zip code and then ketp going to another location!! Very very shady I’d pass of I where you
I received my product broken and reached out for help, hoping the company would acknowledge the issue or offer a solution. Unfortunately, they refused to take responsibility and denied my return, claiming their policies didn’t apply, even though the damage was evident. It’s frustrating to have a defective item and no support from the seller. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Actually 0 ZERO Stars. Extremely rude customer service. Was looking to purchase a peel, signed up for the promos never received the email, checked junk, it did not come and I did not purchase yet, the ignorant customer service rep. literally called me a liar stating I had to get the email, we had no other customers complain. Bad business, rude people, NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
I use this product after applying a peeling solution to my face. I bought it last time on January 2022. I am purchasing it again. It has worked great on me. Just follow the instructions on the side of the bottle.
