I received an incomplete order at first, but their customer service was amazing they fixed it right away! I’m already planning my next order: Shelby Lane and Bois de Santal. Honestly, I can’t even pick a favorite because everything I’ve tried smells so good. I highly recommend Are You Vanilla Day, Lilium Blume, Bois de Santal and Shelby Lane.they’re all absolutely amazing. you won’t regret it!
I had a problem with my forth order, but customer service was great Arham replaced my missing item and provided me a discount for my fifth order. I love the Lilium Blume scent and Postcards from also. I wore the same scent for years and I now get compliments in shopping, food store and yesterday when I was buying gasoline! Try it, I totally love it!
I really like their men's fragrances! When I received the wrong scent they replaced it with the correct bottle at no additional cost. Great customer service! My one and only problem is not with them it's with the shipping. Since I am in the US I had to jump through some hoops to get my shipment delivered.
Error with sending correct Perfume but Syed got back to me very quickly and sent out by express shipping the correct order and was told to also keep the order that I had gotten . Companys awesome !!

Absolutely amazing service When I got a parcel which was perfectly packed but during the delivery was shakes. I wrote to the support. And get absolutely full and helpful advice from Syed. Everything was sorted so fast with politeness and respect to me.

A few hours ago I received mi Thompson Carter purchase from across the pond, upon opening my package it was missing a 50ml Suede and Stone. So I emailed Saheer @ customer support Who, that same hour I received email saying they are making it right for me. Awesome service

Had previously bought a tester selection and really liked Postcards From. Decided to buy 100ml which I thought was a good price. As I purchased 100ml I was to receive a free body wash, unfortunately this did not arrive with the delivery. No problem, I dropped Arham at Thomson Carter a quick email and with 5 minutes everything was sorted. Body wash sent out in the post (express delivery) and also offered a discount for future purchases. Outstanding customer service as well as great smelling fragrances. What’s not to like?
