Received quickly & I smell great
The best customer service, the missing part of my order has been shipped in a half an hour after sending the email, Nikki was very nice and helpful. Perfume good and smells fantastic.
I did not receive a special offer that was part of my order so I emailed twice without reply. It transpired that the department I emailed was not the correct one. I eventually obtained the correct one. By this time 3 weeks had passed and I was asked to send photos of all I had received. After back and forth emails Arham eventually sorted it for me and I received my special offer. I did not see the point of sending pictures as I described exactly what I had received so a bit needy. Apart from that I really love the fragrances from this company and would definitely order again.
Order was wrong but customer service was brilliant and the issue was resolved straight away. My order arrived with a missing item. I contacted them via the website and was helped by Arham. I received a response, investigation and solution all within a couple of hours. I was really impressed as you don’t usually receive this level of customer service this quick from anywhere anymore! Also really impressed with the product! The main scent was for a gift but I sprayed on one of the samples of Are You Vanilla I received in the box and it is gorgeous and lasting so well. So far it’s been over 6 hours. I will definitely be purchasing a full size bottle of this for myself.
