I revived the kids bookshelf - expensive. When I had gathered it, I noticed there was A LOT of places where the woods felt “rough” and one could easy get splinters. Tried to take pictures and sent it asap to the customers service. They just replied back that they do sand the product, but sometimes it can happen that it is not completely soft, but they did not see and issue. Ehm? What about the fact that is is bookshelf for kids and they can get splinters? So I gave it a few months to see how it would work, and the edges has just gotten MUCH worse, and I get splinters and i don’t like my baby at all touching it. So I have written and sent pictures AGAIN, hoping they will reason! Because this is doing directly in the trash or to someone who want to sand the product and use time to fix it properly!
