We would like to thank the ticket office staff of this company for their help in finding a lost phone on the bus on March 13th on the route Pescara - Citta Sant' Angelo. Pitiful service. At the airport I was told I could use my card to get a ticket in the bus. Once in the bus the machine wasn't working (only cash was accepted). The bus driver told me to get a ticket on the company app which I did and paid for. After 5 minutes an inspector asked me for the ticket and said it wasn't valid because it wasn't "confirmed". Also said the ticket was to be purchased before boarding and did not accept the idea the machine wasn't accepting cards. They fined me! Get your ticket before hand at the airport instead. This is a miserable company. Miserable.

Esperienza negativa non usate questo servizio.Lack of communication on the platform; the train stops 500 meters away; it's impossible to understand the platform. 60-minute delay. I just got to Montesilvano as a tourist! All your drivers are having mental issues. I totally recommend a full check for them also they can only be allowed to drive a toy bus its better for the society. Disgusting experience
