Been a customer for 3 years and loved there products but now I will never buy from them again. Bought to bras from them. 1 got damage after 2 washes and the other after got damage after 4. Talked with customer service serveral times and they said it's nothing they can do. Paid 1600 kr for 2 bras that I cant use anymore. Because of the bad customer service I have told all my friends to never buy here again.
I love this place. They have enormous depth of stock by style and colour, of all bra sizes, and the staff are knowledgable and friendly. I generally find purchasing bras in the UK a chore and dispiriting. If I manage to find a model which fits well, it is invariably out of stock. The experiences I have had with Twilfit by CHANGE have always been outstanding.
I can't recommend enough the St Pers. store in Uppsala. I've recently moved to Sweden and needed to replace my bras from home and the staff have consistently been an incredible help each time I have visited. One sized me correctly upon my first visit just by looking at me and I had a big T-shirt on as well, it was very impressive. She showed me products that I would never have bought for myself in the past but I have loved on the recommendations of her and her colleagues. Another helped me locate a size at another store and all of them have been amazing at working in a weird mix of Swedish and English with me as my Swedish isn't strong enough. I appreciate the staff's approach as well, I haven't felt like I'm being pushed to purchase something I don't need, which can happen even inadvertantly. They are all very kind and have a really great sense of customer service, I'm normally very resistant to upselling and membership sign ups but I'm happy to join Twilfit because I enjoyed my experience.
I just want to say that you have a absolutely WONDERFUL saleswoman in uppsala! Actually I have never been at your shop before but Hunkemöller was closed so guard at the shopping guide us to you. I wasn't very sure but suddenly comes Miranda Lindström!!! I am sooo impressed by her professional! She didnt even measure my chest,just by looking she knew all I needed!!! I even told her but that number will be small for me but I was WRONG and she KNEW!!! I hope you just keep sales people as her ! Just AMAZING!!! I dont know how much I can thank her. Becuase of HER, now you guys have a new customer!!! Thank you soooo much again MIRANDA LINDSTORM!!!!
When I tried to return a broken bra with a receipt, I was denied that right under the pretext that the receipt was too old. They conveniently forgot that it took me so long to find the receipt because when they merged their two brands : Twilfit and Change, their system broke down and all of the previous purchases data was lost! On top of that I was a member and as a member I was informed that all my receipts are stored in the system! So naturally I didn’t bother to keep track of every single receipt and when eventually I found the missing one, I was denied the right of returning a broken bra. Their bras are of very low quality, all of them break, even when handwashed and when treated like an egg. All in all, I think over 6 bras broke down from this store, total waste of money. Such a bad product and bad customer treatment. Avoid at all cost!
Such a good experience in their shop on Skanstull! I bought my bikini there months ago and it fits me better then anything ever fitted before so I went back for more products and the help was amazing! Such a good feeling to actually have a good fit and someone who seems to listen and bring me bras i absolutely love. Of course i overspent my budget but I think it is worth it. Also reading the reviews and answers here shows you really care about your customers and the service you provide and I gladly give you my money in return for amazing products. Firstly took several days to sign up to be a member of the Change Club, which I wanted to do to avail of a generous discount. Recurring technical problem on the site I guess. Eventually joined the club and placed the order, received a confirmation which included a link to track the deliver. At this stage I was anxious about the delivery time (due to the time it took to sign up for the club) so was tracking the order for some days without an update. Called customer support, who advised that order tracking didn’t work for orders to be collected in store. As far as I know that was stated nowhere previously. I still had a couple of days before my gift was needed so naively trusted the order would pop up in the shop in time. It didn’t. An email I sent to enquire was answered by Twilfit to say they would chase up the order, but I got no such update. I finally got confirmation that the order was available for collection, a week after the gifting occasion I needed it for was past. I waited to see if Twilfit would send me an invitation to review my ordering experience, but none came. So now I am here to publicly say that this was one of the worst ordering experiences I have had. I work in e-Commerce, which makes me have quite high expectations perhaps but also makes me much more sympathetic to things going wrong, and especially customer support teams doing their best to fix when things go wrong. Twilfit failed completely across the board here. The products were pretty good for the price, if that matters. This was order #TWRTSO2292973.
Great customer service both online and in-store (very quick response) - not often in Sweden. Staff were very helpful and positive. Highly recommended.
Visited the shop in Nacka forum This evening can’t believe how rude the person who worked there was She was super stressed , after I had been waiting 15 minutes to return an item and only one person and myself in line When finally got to the cashier the assistant ran off to help a person In the changing room. Then she was finding things for person unchanging room in shop When I asked if she could help me as I was in a hurry and had waited over 15 minutes now, she got really angry with me and started shouting how rude I was and couldn’t I see how busy she was !!!!!!!!! Etc etc Really bad customer service experience! She would not give me her name . Will not be shopping there again !
