What customers mention most
Easy to invest on the platform with a user friendly interface. Good daily information with an account summary.
TWINO is a scam. They have made sure, I don’t login to the platform and don’t open their emails. They made sure I am a “sleeper”. This is what users like me are called. Then they sent me an email (I hopefully won’t receive or open) announcing that from next month on they will charge me for inactivity. They will charge 10€ each month for not using the platform. If you receive an email like this or have any other issues with this platform, contact your local financial authorities. I’m based in Germany, so I will contact BaFin and the Verbraucherzentrale for awareness and an official complaint. As TWINO is regulated in Latvia by Latvijas Banka, it is also important to contact them.
SCAM!!!!!!
Strong Loan Originator with great yield
So I bought a lot of Vietnamese investments in the secondary market. They were all marked (and still are!) as active. Even though the Vietnamese company is dead and insolvent. No information can be found on the website. Their communication with investors is through emails that you may or may not even receive. But who cares? They don't. Don't recommend using Twino to anyone. Everything they touch turns to shit.
these guys do not understand the concept of client centricity. No solution for Russian Loans Unable to close my account because of Russian loans Charging me an inactivity fee, although i want to close my account Oh and ridiculous requirements for a Password, so you have to write it down somewhere and then lose it. but the worst of all: if any contact you have with their CS, the answer is: sorry we cannot help you.
I have been client for multiple years. at first i was doing small investments but in recent years i have expanded it. I really trust them as a client and will continue to invest.
Suddenly 10 euro fee per month (out of the blue) if there is inactivity in the account. So not really passive income, but rather active.
They have introduced a scammy inactivity fee with bogus justification. I would stay far away from this company as such a move reeks of financial trouble.
Used to be one of the best EU P2P companies, fully regulated, licensed, registered brokers. I would grade them 8/10. Then came pandemic, war and that all was understandable when you invest. But first they removed mobile app and worst of all fully stopped communication for a year. You sell trust, and you lost it.
I have been using the platform for a long time. It is simple, understandable, investor-friendly, with multiple levels of protection mechanisms, which I believe is appreciated by investors.
The proceeds are good despite the clunky website. I've had a hard time figuring out why 9 euros of interest were not auto invested. Asking through chat was a bit disappointing, since an answer came weeks later. In the meantime, I found out that there's a minimum of 10 euros. Like I said: the proceeds are good, so don't let this keep you from investing here.
Twino has been around for many years and I've always had a good return from them. Yes I had Russian loans but I don't blame Twino for Putins illegal war. Stick to their core Polish loans and there have been no problems. Website is easy to navigate and the secondary market is lively and I was recently able to quickly sell all my holdings due to a payment commitment.
I have a somewhat positive review about twino. Their P2P aspect is really trying, not perfect but at least there's something good to talk about in that department.
I had a small sum of British pounds which I invested over 3 years ago to learn about Twino and P2P loans. My returns are steady in line of my expectations. Information and feedback is good. Although I never withdrew any of my funds, there is no signal or reason that they are not safe. I plan to invest more in euro's in the near future.
