Worked perfectly and we went into some rather isolated parts of Japan. 10 gb was exactly what I needed for 17 days.
My daughter and I both had important connection problems when we arrived in France, and again when we travelled to Belgium. Samsung S23 and Samsung S24. We had to follow the setup procedures online both times (without having to change anything - all settings were correct), restarded the phones a few times, and eventually the connection was established. The connection was also lost during a trip to a different city (but staying in Belgium). All in all it was very annoying, even if it represented a total of about one hour without service during a 9-day trip. But when arrive in the airport or a train station in a different city, that is not the time you want your phone to stop working. This was maybe my 6th time using Ubigi for travel in Europe, and the first time I experienced such problems.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the experience was disappointing this time. I think I followed the steps correctly to connect it when I needed but it did not work. I tried it several times and it was successful in the end! But I could only use my Ubigi connection the 2 last days of my trip. *I wonder… Could you improve the instructions offering to choose the English / Spanish (from SPAIN) versions?
