I have used Ulta Labs for years and have had a perfect experience every time. I appreciate so much being able to order my own tests in between Dr's visits.
This is by far one of the worst laboratory experiences I have ever had. I visited ULTA Lab on December 18 for two critical tests. I was clearly informed that one report would be available within 2–3 days and the other within 5 days. Surprisingly, one report was generated the same day, but for the second test, after more than a week, I was informed that my sample had been misplaced. I was then asked to provide another blood sample, which I did at Exceptional Lab on December 22. Unfortunately, even after this, I did not receive the report, and once again I was told that the sample had been misplaced. Now, for the third time, I am being asked to give my blood sample again. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating, mentally exhausting, and distressing, especially given the critical nature of the tests. I am deeply disappointed with the poor management, lack of accountability, and unprofessional service provided. I strongly advise others to avoid ULTA Lab, as it results in a complete waste of time, money, and peace of mind.
Freedom in healthcare. Never again will I wait several months for a doctor's appointment only to be told they don't order a certain blood test.
