Don't buy the Vanity Planet Hydrating…

Don't buy the Vanity Planet Hydrating thing-it gets attached to your skin and you can't get it off. It leaves marks. I want to send it back but bought it awhile age and just tried it. Terrible!!!!!! Just threw it away!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been waiting 3 YEARS for my facial brush cleanser replacement to arrive. I have followed up by sending multiple emails checking the status only to be told repeatedly that I should expect it soon. My most recent follow up emails have received no replies.

I ordered 3 items

I ordered 3 items. I contacted the customer service by email. Told them I the box only contained 2 of the 3 items. Provided pictures and filled out the form they gave me. Told me there was nothing they could do and to contact my local post office. How will the post office help me if the item was never in the box to begin with?

Vanity Planet- Scam

I recently placed an order with Vanity Planet and was eager to receive the product I purchased. However, upon delivery and subsequent opening of the package, I was dismayed to discover it was empty (just brown packaging paper). The product I paid for was not inside, despite the package being well-sealed with no visible signs of tampering. I searched for a customer service number, and it went to a voicemail. Upsetting after waiting for a few weeks for the products.

This company is a scam, no refund, no help

This company is a scam. Do not waste your time and money. They do not care about their customers they will keep responding and apologizing being very polite, but will not resolve your issue. It’s been over a week and their product is never in stock so that I can buy replacement heads and to be honest from the other reviews, I don’t think they ever will be. They sent me an email supposedly so that I could buy them and it was out of stock so they did nothing and when I tried to ask them about it, they haven’t responded.

NO REFUND UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

(#VP2696551 Senia + Exfora + LEDA Bundle Blue 250.00 Refund needed) Vanity Planet Transaction for 545.55 was charged to my card last month , due to a glich on Vanity Planet System . I automatically contact customer service to rectify the UnAuthorized Charges. I was told the order couldn't be canceled,to refuse all packages with carrier and or contact for a return label to ship back. I followed all instructions provided by Vanity Planet. I refused all packages through UPS & Requested a refund label for one item. Keep in mind this was a UnAuthorized Purchase. But because I have done Businesses with Vanity throughout the years , I figured that incident would be rectify in a timely manner. Unfortunately Vanity Planet customer service isn't pleasant at all. Vanity Planet customer service use to be prompt and awesome, I am sad to say today it needs allot of work. You only can communicate through email because the 1-800 number is voice message only "Sad" and very disappointing. I need a total refund in adding up to 545.55. I have only received a partial refund with has taken almost a month. The remaining refund is:Refund Needed Senia + Exfora + LEDA Bundle Blue 250.00 Order #VP2696551 . I provided screen shots and tracking for all Unauthorized items & Everything has been refused & returned to Vanity Planet. At this point I feel robbed as a customer & broken hearted because I Loved Vanity Planet. It's a shame that Vanity Planet treats there customer this way. I Pray that Vanity Planet steps up its Customer Service Because there Business won't survive in the future treating honest paying customers this way. Trying to rectify & recieve a refund for an Unauthorized Transaction for 545.55, has caused me serious stress , anxiety and financial duress. I have emailed Vanity Planet over 35 times providing proof of tracking, screen shoots and every necessary documentation needed for a refund. I will also be doing a Vlog on all my social media platforms about my experience.

I had a great experience with Vanity…

I had a great experience with Vanity Planet. I ordered a facial steamer and when I purchased it, it was back ordered and the listing said it would ship out at the end of the month. I emailed after about 2 weeks just to check to see it they had a date that it would ship, and I heard back from someone in customer service after only a couple of hours. They were very helpful and courteous. I received test alerts about the shipping and my order arrived when they said it would. The steamer works perfect!

Poor communication and customer servicd

I ordered the facial steamer and brush at the beginning of January. I received a shipping notification stating that BOTH items had been sent out and would arrive in a couple of days. I only received the brush. When I reached out to customer service they informed me that my items would be sent out separately and that they would be sending out a shipping notification shortly. After a week I reached back out to tell them that I had not received any updates regarding my order. They admitted that they had supply issues and the didn’t expect to have the steamer back in stock until February. Overall I’m very disappointed with my experience in this company and will not recommend them to anyone.

VANITY PLANET SUCK I ORDERED A FRIDGE A SCALE AND A MIRROR AND THE ORDER DID NOT COME IN SO THEY MADE ME SIGN FORMS ANS SAID WAIT 5 days still nothing I bugged them and now they are like reach out to the delivery company yourself! You guys give gross customer service

Absolutely Terrible.

I did not receive anything I originally ordered. Absolutely horrible experience. I wrote emails for WEEKS and was ignored about my order. Customer service is God awful, wish I would’ve read reviews before buying from the company.

Great advertising, Horrible service

Great advertising, horrible customer service. VP said my order was cancelled at my request (it wasn't). When I reached out to them for clarification, they gaslit me for over a week saying I had cancelled or that there was a problem with my bank (neither was true, but I spent time plenty of time figuring that out). Over a week of constant emails until they finally admitted they had made a pricing error and self-cancelled, and then made no effort to right their wrong. Pricing errors happen, I have no problem with that. Gaslighting for 8 days (until I used my law firm email address, interestingly) is inexcusable.

This company does not stand by their…

This company does not stand by their products! I have the tooth brush that has u v light cleaner. One of the heads broke and they will not replace it. They offered a lousy 20% off of another product. I do not recommend purchasing from vanity planet EVER!

Terrible customer service…

So I left a review on their page about how unsatisfied i was with their service after multiple attempts to get help by email and they will not even acknowledge or respond to my concerns. It’s been over a month of waiting for a package they claimed has shipped. The worst part is that I contacted the shipping company they said mailed my items and the shipping company mentioned that the package was sent with a non-traceable/non-trackable info. Over $200 worth of products purchased, and the company could care less about spending a few extra dollars to protect a shipment. I have tried to reach out to vanity planet for assistance about this order and they will not give my money back and rather will keep responding vaguely and playing mind games with me. If you are seeking to always be in a troubled state of mind after a purchase, thinking about the outcome of your purchase, then, feel free to patronize this company! Most of my orders have been flawed: either they include a wrong shipping address AND/OR the orders arrive damaged, incomplete or not at all. It’s just so sad!

The spin brush is great!

The spin brush is great!, I just wish that they had a charging port for it, so that it wouldn't use so much energy with the batteries. I definitely recommend you purchase rechargeable batteries if you're going to get this. Other than that, I LOVE IT!

I purchased an order and noticed days…

I purchased an order and noticed days prior to shipment that had the wrong address. I made a purchased with them over a year ago and had moved since last year, I entered my information correctly and their system apparently thought they needed to fix it for me. After sending multiple emails and get a response from them that they are unable to make any changes as my package had already shipped. I tracked the package and they are only just send the notification to the shipper that day and had not send the package until the next day. I attempted to call vanity planet to correct their mistake and no response I am directed to email. I email and get a message that have no way to contact the shipping company which simply does not make sense. I contacted the shipping company to fix their mistake and they are unable to do so unless the request vanity planet contacts them. This is one of the worst service I have encountered in my life. I told the shipping company to return the package as a refusal of delivery. I make never be shipping with them again. They have nothing that I am unable to get elsewhere with significantly better service and less of their screwups. Look elsewhere! Do not waist your time or money, they are definitely not worth it. Vanity Planet's customer service is less than useless.
